Ítem Acceso Abierto Dimensiones Asociadas al Emprendimiento Productivo en Biblián-Ecuador(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2024) Encalada Alvarez, Hernán Patricio; Solís Muñoz, Juan Bautista; 0302041017This research on productive entrepreneurship in Biblián-Ecuador is based on the positivist paradigm, which assumes that the results of applied studies are the most acceptable sources of human knowledge. This quantitative and correlational investigation has a non-probabilistic and intentional cross-sectional design. The research group comprises 35 merchants affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce of Biblián. The research questions are created employing an expert rating method in which individuals consider the questions according to their relevance. Statements with higher scores become part of the information collection instrument, and the reliability of the evaluation instrument is also tested using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, which measures the internal consistency of the items about the variables. Thus, the results indicate that profitability 0.418*, growth 0.434**, and innovation 0.368* are associated with productive entrepreneurship. Therefore, specific conclusions mention that in the canton of Biblián, productive entrepreneurship is applied in the daily processes of companies, so work experience is significant to undertake in the business being applied through public policies that support innovation to ensure profitability. Therefore, it is appropriate to study the migration to digital marketing in commercial MSMEs in Azogues. Therefore, a study is conducted in which a sample of millennials between 20 and 40 years of age in the city is analyzed, and a validated survey composed of 18 multiple-choice questions is applied. The results are compiled using digital media in the cloud; for their channeling and analysis, the SPSS statistical program is used to generate contingency tables, graphs, and chi-square tests to validate the hypotheses proposed. As a result, 78% of millennials make purchases online, underscoring the significance for commercial MSMEs in the city to venture into digital media. Likewise, the digital absence and lack of online positioning among the businesses of the city became evident. The research was conducted with an exploratory, descriptive, and correlational design in the population of MSMEs in Azogues-Ecuador, with a sample size of 115. A survey, validated by experts, was employed as the data collection instrument, with a Cronbach's reliability coefficient of 0.786 —indicating high reliability—. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics for variables of interest in four categories: competitive advantage, innovation, market orientation, and knowledge transfer. Each category includes detailed questions to explore different aspects. The findings indicate a significant correlation between competitive advantage and the three independent variables: innovation (0.989**), market orientation (0.984**), and knowledge transfer (0.995**). This suggests that these factors determine the competitive advantage of MSMEs in the commercial sector of Azogues, Ecuador. However, the data follow a non-normal distribution, so Spearman's correlation test was used instead of parametric analysis. A quantitative methodology was used, following the positivist paradigm. The research had an exploratory, descriptive, and correlational scope. The study was carried out among employees of retail businesses in Azogues, using a census sample of 164 subjects obtained from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Azogues database. The sample size was calculated using the simple random sample size formula, resulting in a sampling size of 115. The survey technique was used with a questionnaire as the measuring instrument. The questionnaire was validated by experts, and Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was calculated to measure the instrument’s internal consistency. A coefficient of 0.876 was obtained, indicating good reliability of the collected data. The results revealed high Spearman correlation coefficients between the independent variables Prom_Entrepreneurship (0.951**), Prom_Innovation (0.991**), and Prom_Enterprise Management (0.986**) and the dependent variable Prom_Positioning, indicating a statistically significant correlation. Finally, the study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the current situation of retail companies in Azogues; identify areas of opportunity and potential challenges, and offer recommendations so that these companies can reevaluate, adjust, and improve their strategies and achieve their objectives more effectively and efficiently.Ítem Acceso Abierto “Factores correlacionados con la innovación agricola. For this reason, an investigation was conducted in the rural parish of Cojitambo, in the canton of Azogues, Ecuador. The research aims to identify the factors associated with agricultural innovation in the parish of Cojitambo-Ecuador by analyzing the state-of-the-art and a market study to develop innovative strategies that promote economic and social development. The study was positivist and scientific because of its cause-effect relationship. It was quantitative with an exploratory, descriptive, and correlational scope. The population comprises 1,422 farmers, with a representative sample of two standard deviations of 212. Among the predictor variables, only labor was found to be associated with agricultural innovation (0.244*) with a bilateral significance of 0.014, less than the p-value of 0.05. In conclusion, agricultural innovation in the parish of Cojitambo should be based on farmers’ training and improving their living conditions. The methodology included a positivist theoretical approach, an exploratory, descriptive, and correlational research design and was carried out at the level of potential service consumers in Azogues. The analysis population comprised 70,054 individuals, and a sample size of 382 subjects was determined using a critical value of 1.96 and a confidence level of 95%. An expert-validated questionnaire was applied to collect the data, and a Cronbach reliability coefficient of 0.760 was obtained, indicating adequate internal consistency of the questions used. The descriptive statistics reflected that the respondents’ responses vary concerning variables such as commercial viability, supply, demand, prices, and marketing. A normality test was carried out where the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was applied, which indicated that the variables follow a non-normal distribution, so it was decided to use the Spearman correlation test. The results revealed a high correlation and statistical significance between the independent variables (supply, demand, prices, marketing) and the commercial viability of the domotic automation service. The study’s main objective is to explore innovative logistics, logistic processes, and their influence on the integrated logistics of these companies. The research is based on a positivist approach and uses an exploratory, descriptive, and correlational research design. The study population consisted of 40 employees, and data was collected through surveys using a questionnaire validated by experts. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was applied to evaluate the instrument’s internal consistency, and a value of 0.836 was obtained, indicating adequate consistency. The results show descriptive statistics of the variables related to integrated logistics (0,976**) and related logistics processes (0,985**). Data such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, variance, range, minimum and maximum are presented for these variables. In addition, a normality test was performed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and it was determined that the variables follow a non-normal distribution. Therefore, Spearman’s nonparametric correlation test was used to analyze the relationships between the variables. The results showed a high correlation and statistical significance between the independent variables (innovative logistics and logistics processes) and the dependent (integrated logistics). Objective: To determine the factors associated with business model innovation in MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises) in the city of Azogues-Ecuador. Methodology: This study was exploratory, descriptive, and correlational, and cross-sectional and used a non-experimental design and quantitative approach. The population of the present research consisted of 205 members of the Chamber of Commerce in Azogues. A sample of 133 was considered, and a survey (Likert scale) was administered to them. Results: Eighty-four percent of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry members in Azogues have an intermediate level of innovation in their operations. In contrast, 12% have a high level, and 5% have a low level. Conclusions: The decision of commercial MSMEs in Azogues-Ecuador, to innovate their business model depends largely on market orientation, financing, and competitive advantage. Objective: To determine the level of correlation between transformational leadership and goal achievement in commercial MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises) in Azogues-Ecuador. Methodology: This research had an exploratory, descriptive, and correlational scope. It was cross-sectional and conducted using a nonexperimental design with a quantitative approach. The population considered was 205 members of the Chamber of Commerce in Azogues. A sample of 133 was surveyed using a questionnaire measuring instrument to test the hypothesis: Transformational leadership is a factor associated with achieving goals. Results: Eighty-five percent of the commercial MSMEs in Azogues demonstrated an intermediate level of transformational leadership; similarly, 84% of these organizations showed optimal compliance with their established goals. The study aimed to characterize this sector and understand its impact on the region's economic development and employment generation. The methodology used was descriptive exploratory, non-probabilistic and cross-sectional. The technique employed was the survey, and the instrument used was a questionnaire validated by expert opinion and calculated through the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient for the general scale. The results showed a non-parametric test, with an arithmetic mean of 3.80 and a standard deviation of only 0.536. The research focused on the users of the DORIAN gym branches —which have approximately 1000 customers— obtaining a sample size of 278. Over-indebtedness is a phenomenon that puts pressure on the domestic economy and directly affects the portfolio of the financial system. The research was conducted at the level of clients of a cooperative with 142,957 members at the national level and 32,654 members in the city of Azogues. Therefore, the sample size was 379. The research results revealed that the ability to pay (0.367**) and the ability to invest (0.200*) correlate with over-indebtedness at a significance level lower than the p-value of 0.05. In this sense, the research aims to determine the level of correlation of business intelligence with competitiveness in MSMEs in Azogues - Ecuador, through applied research to formulate intelligent business strategies. In addition, the study is established in the scientific method, with a quantitative approach, with an exploratory, correlational, and descriptive scope. In addition, it starts from an in-depth review of different articles through the study of other variables: business intelligence, technology, and innovation, which have a close relationship with competitiveness in the MSMEs of Azogues - Ecuador. By using Spearman's correlation, it was found that there is a relationship of 0.656 between business intelligence and competitiveness. It is concluded that different factors generate greater competitiveness, such as technology and innovation in companies. However, the situation changed dramatically when the pandemic forced people to adapt to new business ways. Aware of this trend, local companies accelerated their transition to e-commerce to keep their businesses afloat, leading to the post-pandemic consolidation of e-commerce. Therefore, this research aims to determine the pre and post-covid e-commerce in the canton of Biblián - Ecuador. The methodology used is exploratory and descriptive since an analysis of e-commerce before and after the pandemic was developed, accompanied by a market study through a survey application. The data were analyzed and proved useful in determining the causes and consequences of e-commerce in the businesses of Biblián. The results confirm a non-parametric distribution, with an arithmetic mean of 3.85 and a standard deviation of 0.7. In conclusion, the COVID pandemic has accelerated the adoption of e-commerce, which was once considered a developing trend, but today has become an integral part of the business landscape. On the other hand, it aims to determine the level of correlation between digital marketing in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the commercial sector in Azogues-Ecuador through an investigation applied to the formulation of digital marketing. The methodology employed was quantitative, with a probabilistic sample of 105 research subjects, where the technique used was the survey, and the Likert scale was employed as an instrument. The the SPSS program was used for statistical analysis, and the Spearman Correlation test was applied. The results indicate that the variable Prom_Marketing Digital has a correlation of 0.651** with a significance of 0.000, showing a strong correlation with the dependent variable Prom_Innovation. The variable Prom_Sales has a correlation of 0.629 with a significance of 0.000. and the variable Prom_Tenology has a correlation of 0.755** with a significance of 0.000; these three variables have a positive correlation concerning the dependent variable. This article aims to analyze sales productivity in Commercial Salinas through sales tracking and statistical data collection to apply strategies for sales growth. This research is developed under a descriptive, cross-sectional, and non-experimental design study. The survey technique was applied to the 30 commercial workers for data collection, and the instrument research was submitted for validation by experts. After the application, it was tabulated and analyzed. The results reveal that the company's leaders offer a good environment to their workers since there is evidence of genuine companionship significantly enhancing teamwork. However, it is necessary to plan and develop periodic training on the products and the different processes so that workers can close sales. From this information, relevant data was obtained concerning Cronbach's Alpha; motivation represents a value of 0.870, work climate 0.931, and the dependent variable to MSMEs is 0.778. The research shows the data obtained through analysis and quantitative statistical procedures; it was revealed that the most correlated variable with Productivity in the MSMEs is the Work Climate since it has a correlation value of (0.332**), while motivation represents a value of (0.175), these data were obtained from the SPSS analysis software using the Pearson method. Therefore, descriptive, cross-sectional, and non-experimental research sought to determine the uncertainty and financing factors associated with the design and implementation of commercial MSMEs in Azogues Canton, Ecuador. It was concluded that MSMEs in the economy are development generators, facing barriers to their creation in the areas of financing, technology, and equipment, increasing the aversion to taking risks by entrepreneurs. Therefore, it is necessary to structure the vision and mission clearly and substantiated and establish the risks and benefits that can be found, requiring to obtain stability and projection to have financing lines for the different stages.
