The specific objectives include diagnosing the current state of IT infrastructure and business continuity practices, developing an IT risk management framework that identifies and prioritizes threats, and designing an action plan for implementing practical, scalable, and sustainable disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. The methodology used was descriptive and evaluative, combining qualitative analysis of the current situation with a quantitative approach to measure the impact of the identified risks. A comprehensive diagnosis of the IT infrastructure and current management practices was conducted through surveys and interviews with key personnel, which helped identify critical deficiencies in the preparedness for operational continuity. Based on these findings, an IT risk management framework aligned with international standards was developed, and a specific action plan was designed, including scalable and sustainable recovery strategies. The results of this investigation provide EMMAIPC-EP with a solid foundation to strengthen its incident response capabilities, ensuring the continuity of its critical operations and protecting its most valuable assets in crises. The Mobile-D methodology has been used due to its efficiency in the agile delivery of functional prototypes and its suitability for developing mobile applications. After an analysis of cross-platform frameworks, it is concluded that Flutter is the best option due to its high performance, ease of learning, and cross-platform compatibility. The application was developed in Dart, Flutter's programming language. This tool allows recording and georeferencing water consumption in real-time, improving accuracy and efficiency in water resource management. The application design follows UI/UX principles to ensure usability, accessibility, and intuitive interaction. In addition, the application offers functionalities such as user authentication, incident logging, real-time reporting, automatic alerts, and data visualization on interactive maps, enabling integrated, sustainable, and efficient management. This framework seeks to optimize the technological processes of the municipality, promoting operational efficiency, strategic alignment with institutional objectives, and compliance with international standards. The research begins with a conceptual analysis of IT governance and management, highlighting the principles and objectives proposed by COBIT 2019. Subsequently, a detailed diagnosis of the current state of the municipality’s infrastructure, processes, and IT policies was conducted, identifying deficiencies and critical areas for improvement. As a result of this analysis, a proposal adapted to the specific needs of the municipality of Cañar was designed, which includes documented critical processes, assigned managers, and execution guides aligned with the best practices of COBIT 2019. This proposal aims to strengthen technological management, improve transparency in processes, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. In addition, the proposed model contemplates the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) that will evaluate the effectiveness of the processes and facilitate strategic decision-making in the IT area. Key features include centralized property management, advanced search functionality with filters, interactive visualization using map geolocation, and integration with social networks to share properties. The use of agile methodologies, such as XP, enables flexible development that adapts to the changing needs of the real estate market, ensuring continuous value delivery and rapid implementation. The system is expected to significantly reduce response times, improve decision-making, and optimize the experience for internal users and end customers. In addition, real-time information centralization will allow the company to manage its property inventory more efficiently and increase its competitiveness in the sector. Ltda. Gas Station using the Business Process Management (BPM) methodology. This work seeks to optimize and standardize the company's operations, thus improving its efficiency and competitiveness in the market. The research was developed under a qualitative approach, with a descriptive and applied level. An exhaustive analysis of the current situation of the gas station was developed, identifying crucial areas for operational improvements. The study population included all company employees, covering roles such as administrator, drivers, and dispatchers. Techniques such as open interviews and unstructured field observation were used for data collection. These tools allowed us to obtain a detailed view of current processes, identify inefficiencies, and collect suggestions for improvement directly from those involved in daily operations. As a result, a detailed process manual was designed and formalized based on the principles of BPM. This manual not only describes the current processes but also proposes practical improvements to optimize operational efficiency and increase customer satisfaction. This project contributes significantly to the standardization and improvement of the processes at the San Antonio Cía. Ltda. Gas Station, laying the foundations for more efficient management and better adaptation to market demands. The study’s main objective is to identify gaps in information security and propose solutions to improve the cooperative’s processes. Three specific objectives are outlined: to conduct a theoretical review of information security in cooperatives, collect comprehensive data on the cooperative’s current state, and develop a plan that includes actions, resources and timelines to comply with Segment 3 regulations, focusing on improving policies, technological infrastructure, training and risk management. However, its teaching presents significant challenges due to the abstraction of the concepts and the difficulty in visualizing them. Traditional teaching methods have proven insufficient to overcome these barriers, which negatively affect student understanding and performance. This research explores how computer tools can improve the teaching of differential and integral calculus, proposing a systematic review of the literature on its effectiveness in the classroom. The study seeks to answer how the integration of technological tools such as GeoGebra, MATLAB, and other mobile applications can facilitate a deeper understanding, improve academic performance, and develop problem-solving skills in students. In addition, it will examine how these technologies can face the challenges inherent in their implementation, such as the need for adequate technological infrastructure, teacher training, and equity in access to technology. Tools such as TensorFlow and natural language processing systems are highlighted, which are revolutionizing the search and retrieval of scientific information, and the writing of research reports. The methodology used in this research follows a mixed approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Information is collected through key personnel interviews, and risk analysis matrices are used to assess vulnerabilities and threats affecting critical assets. Subsequently, mitigation strategies are designed based on the principles of the ISO 31000 standard, proposing security controls, incident response plans, and recommendations for continuous risk monitoring. This project emerges as a response to the need to eliminate digital barriers that limit equitable access to information and public services for people with disabilities, thus promoting equal opportunities and compliance with legal obligations. The specific objectives were to base the standard on the accessibility of web content, to diagnose the current state of accessibility of the website, and, finally, to implement said standard to optimize the user interface and the browsing experience. The methodology used was descriptive, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. In the first phase, an initial audit was performed using tools such as Lighthouse and WAVE to identify problems on the website. Subsequently, the guidelines of the NTE INEN-ISO/IEC 40500:2012 standard were implemented, prioritizing improvements in color contrast, keyboard navigation, and the inclusion of alternative text labels. Finally, tests were conducted with users and assistive technologies to evaluate the impact of the improvements. The project concluded with the implementation of a more accessible website, which not only facilitates access to people with disabilities but also positions the Municipal GAD of El Tambo as an entity committed to social inclusion, regulatory compliance, and improving the quality of its digital services. This manual seeks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT management by aligning processes with the organization's strategic objectives and ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards. The starting point was an analysis of key concepts related to IT governance and management, as well as a thorough review of the domains and processes proposed by COBIT 2019, including goal cascading and the assessment of the maturity level of the current processes in the IT department of EMMAIPC-EP. Subsequently, a diagnosis of the current state of the department was carried out, identifying key areas that require improvement and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The research addresses the importance of having a structured plan for mitigate the risks associated with the municipality's critical processes. An analysis of the risks using the MAGERIT methodology, which allows to identify threats and vulnerabilities of the municipality's technological assets. Based on this analysis, propose countermeasures and safeguards to mitigate the identified risks. The study is based on the ISO 22301 standard, which provides a framework for creating management plans business continuity plans focused on organizational resilience. Although the business continuity plan continuity is not implemented in this research, a management model is proposed that can be adopted by the municipality to strengthen its technological infrastructure and ensure operational continuity in the event of incidents. In addition, the importance of to create an organizational culture that prioritizes security and continuity of services municipal, involving all stakeholders in the planning process. This model aims to optimize decision-making by integrating and analyzing data from various business areas, such as sales, inventory, finance, and marketing. Ralph Kimball's methodology was selected for its emphasis on dimensional modeling, which facilitates the organization of large data volumes in a data warehouse designed specifically for analysis and efficient consultation. The developed BI system provides FoodCenter staff with a real-time data visualization interface, allowing access to key metrics, trends, and behavioral patterns that support strategic and operational planning. Among the main benefits of the model are the improvement in inventory management and the optimization of promotions and campaigns. In addition, it can make more accurate market demand forecasts. The specific objectives include conducting a theoretical study on maturity models and COBIT 2019, evaluating the current maturity level of the cooperative's information systems, and designing a maturity model adapted to its needs and requirements. The methodology used in the study is quantitative and descriptive approach. Surveys were applied to IT staff, and a documentary review was conducted to analyze the current processes of the cooperative in terms of information technology. Subsequently, the results were evaluated using the practices recommended by COBIT 2019. For this purpose, it focuses on meeting three key objectives: A) To conduct an exhaustive technical study on the domains, processes, and application of the COBIT 5 reference framework in the area of IT governance. COBIT 5 is an international framework of best practices used to manage and govern information technology effectively and aligned with the strategic objectives of an organization. B) To analyze the current state of the crucial business processes related to the IT department in financial institutions. This analysis made it possible to identify areas for improvement and existing gaps in IT management in these cooperatives. C) To build an IT governance model based on COBIT 5 specifically designed for financial institutions. The primary purpose is to identify vulnerabilities that compromise the robustness of institutional technological services. The project began by establishing a theoretical framework with the items related to the research topic. Subsequently, the audit phases were defined and executed. In order to diagnose the current security posture of the municipality, an interview and a compliance test (Checklist) aligned to the ISO 27002 standard were applied. The checklist was used to assess adherence to security controls or policies. Based on the checklist, a risk matrix was developed to discern the levels of exposure resulting from the lack of implementation of specific controls. At the end of the assessment, an evaluation report was generated, specifying the observations identified and their corresponding suggestions for improvement. Based on a survey, key departments, such as Management and Human Talent, were identified that would benefit from digitalized processes. The relationship with the customer and technological obsolescence are critical areas to address. However, the biggest challenge lies in data management and security. Through the SWOT analysis and the model of David L. The research methodology is detailed in-depth, addressing aspects such as approach, level of research, and sources of information. The IT Strategic Plan proposal for ACHIK INTY Cooperative was developed in four phases, starting with an analysis of the current situation of the IT department. This included an assessment of the inventory of IT resources, the existing technology infrastructure, and a review of available institutional documentation.
