- ÍtemAcceso AbiertoProgramación neurolingüistica para desarrollar la inteligencia emocional en niños de prescolar.(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2021) Cobeña Santander, Lady Julissa; Rodríguez Andino, Milagro de la Caridad; 1400856595Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) is a topic that has been poorly addressed at the preschool level, especially in the development of emotional intelligence, since the importance of developing Emotional Intelligence (EI) for the teaching-learning process has been recently considered. The objective of this work was to obtain information on the main findings on which the importance of NLP to develop EI in preschool children is based, in this work 50 types of research were located in various databases, such as Proquest, The reference, Redalyc. The methodology used was the systematic review of the literature, with a qualitative, descriptive-explanatory approach. Among the most important findings, is that children who present problems in the teaching-learning process, are due to the poor relationship between the teacher and the students, so there are inappropriate behaviors as well as lack of activities to develop the areas of EI. Therefore, it was concluded that NLP allows knowing how the brain works and the way it processes information allowing it to work on behavioral patterns and behaviors, achieving the development of the different areas of EI important for the teaching-learning process.
