All associations that manage good business practices have a high consumer satisfaction level. Through applied research, this study aimed to determine how ethics and social responsibility influence community organizations in Biblián-Ecuador. The scope of this study work is exploratory, descriptive and correlational, cross-sectional, and non-experimental. The research is a purposive non-probabilistic study. The data collection technique was the survey, which was applied to 160 community organization members. Spearman's correlation was used since the test is parametric. As a result, a high bilateral correlation was obtained between the independent variables Prom_EthicalPrinciples (0.678**), Prom_EnvironmentalCare (0.644**), and Prom_GoodBusinessPractices (0.644**) at a statistical significance level of less than 0.05 p-value, confirming that there is a bilateral linear association between all the research variables with Prom Ethics Social Responsibility, which is the response variable. In community organizations in Biblián, Ecuador, ethics and social responsibility directly influence ethical principles, care for the environment, and good business practices.
- ÍtemAcceso Abierto“Caracterización de las ventajas competitivas de los atractivos turísticos de la parroquia Luis Cordero, Azogues-Ecuador”(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2023) Muyudumbay Inga, Rosa Elizabeth; Reyes Cárdenas, Narciza Azucena; 0302592696; ., .The competitive advantage in the tourism sector is a fundamental tool to differentiate among the others; this research identified the variables according to the topic "Competitive Advantages Characterization of the Luis Cordero Parish Tourist Attractions, Azogues-Ecuador,” a survey was the instrument and was applied to tourists in Azogues City. The study was conducted through mixed investigation; it means qualitative and quantitative, t was exploratory and descriptive scope, and non- experimental cross-sectional; subsequently, after obtaining the results and uploading data to Excel, the SPSS statistical software and Spearman's correlation processed the information and the analysis revealed that the association degree coefficient between the tourism adequacy variables, good practices, and tourism recreation has a strong association with competitive advantages, obtaining coefficients of 0.393**, 0.444**, and 0.320** respectively and determining that the variables are relevant as a competitive advantage over other places.
- ÍtemAcceso Abierto“Educación financiera como estrategia de ahorro post pandemia en MiPymes Azogues-Ecuador”(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2022) Guzmán Pacheco, Jenniffer Johanna; Reyes Cárdenas, Narciza Azucena; 0302728878; ., .Financial education is relevant when making financial decisions within organizations since it allows to efficiently manage the tools that it provides for adequate management of the companies' financial resources. This research article analyzes financial education as a post-pandemic strategy in MSMEs Azogues-Ecuador. For the development of this study, a methodology based on an exploratory and descriptive quantitative approach with a transversal axis and non-experimental cut was used. Information was collected by surveying 360 MSMEs in the Azogues canton. As a result, 65% of the respondents knew about financial education, of which only 36% applied savings methods in their enterprises. The highest percentage ofthe application was the elimination of ant expenses with a percentage of 54%. In conclusion, financial education is only limited to theoretical knowledge within the MSMEs, which shows a deficiency in the correct use of financial tools. Therefore, it is essential to provide training support on this topic since it would positively impact their competitive development.
