Resumen
The objective of this research was to determine the incidence of confinement due to Covid-19 in divorce cases in the canton of Azogues in 2020. Due to the background of the research work that is of a mixed nature, the dogmatic method, the inductive-deductive method, the use of statistical tables and graphs, and the techniques used were those of signing, database management, tabulation of statistical data. After the investigation, it was shown that, in the district of Azogues, it was obtained that in the year 2019 compared to the year 2020 a decrease of 76 cases was recorded, taking into account that compared with the year 2020 the judicial units did not work the months of the pandemic; and that in a gradual way the causes were entered. From the data obtained and the analyzes conducted respectively, it was possible to determine that there has been an incidence in cases of divorce within the canton of Azogues in 2020, It has been caused by the confinement due to the health emergency imposed by the government to prevent the infections of Covid-19. Of the cases studied, it has been shown that there is an incidence ix cases of divorce since there are cases with implicit data that confinement has been increasing the problems of a couple and leading them to dissolve the marital ties, thus promoting the starting point for future investigations that determine more far-reaching data on the incidence of confinement in divorce cases

El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la incidencia del confinamiento por la Covid-19 en los casos de divorcios en el cantón Azogues en el 2020. Dada la naturaleza del trabajo investigativo que es de carácter mixto se utilizó el método dogmático, el método inductivo – deductivo, el uso de tablas y gráficos estadísticos y las técnicas que se emplearon fueron las de fichaje, manejo de bases de datos, tabulación de datos estadísticos. Luego de la investigación se demostró que, dentro del cantón Azogues, se obtuvo que dentro del año 2019 frente al año 2020 que se registraron una disminución de 76 casos, tomando en consideración que respecto del año 2020 las Unidades Judiciales no laboraron los meses de pandemia; y que de manera paulatina se fueron ingresando las causas. De los datos obtenidos y los análisis realizados respectivamente se pudo llegar a determinar que ha existido una incidencia en los casos de divorcios dentro del cantón Azogues en el 2020, se ha visto provocada por el confinamiento por la emergencia sanitaria que se impuso por medio del gobierno para evitar los contagios de la Covid-19. De los casos estudiados se ha demostrado que, existe una incidencia en los casos de divorcios, pues, existen casos con datos implícitos de que el confinamiento ha venido aumentando los problemas de pareja y llevándolos a disolver los vínculos matrimoniales, fomentando así el punto de partida para investigaciones futuras que determinen datos con mayor alcance de la incidencia del confinamiento en los casos de divorcio.
