Incidencia del confinamiento por la Covid-19 en los casos de divorcio en el Cantón Azogues en el 2020

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the incidence of confinement due to Covid-19 in divorce cases in the canton of Azogues in 2020. Due to the background of the research work that is of a mixed nature, the dogmatic method, the inductive-deductive method, the use of statistical tables and graphs, and the techniques used were those of signing, database management, tabulation of statistical data. After the investigation, it was shown that, in the district of Azogues, it was obtained that in the year 2019 compared to the year 2020 a decrease of 76 cases was recorded, taking into account that compared with the year 2020 the judicial units did not work the months of the pandemic; and that in a gradual way the causes were entered. From the data obtained and the analyzes conducted respectively, it was possible to determine that there has been an incidence in cases of divorce within the canton of Azogues in 2020, It has been caused by the confinement due to the health emergency imposed by the government to prevent the infections of Covid-19. Of the cases studied, it has been shown that there is an incidence ix cases of divorce since there are cases with implicit data that confinement has been increasing the problems of a couple and leading them to dissolve the marital ties, thus promoting the starting point for future investigations that determine more far-reaching data on the incidence of confinement in divorce cases
