Resumen
In this graduation work is proposed a management model regarding the innovation of
processes, products, and services, that allow maintaining or expanding the occupied
market segment. It is analyzed the achievement of productivity through the optimization
of investments and the cost - benefit relation. Consequently, in Chapter I, it is elaborated
a theoretical framework. Several theories have been traced, in relation to the research
problem, the topic, the general objective, and the specific objectives. The literature review
of the work was constructed from a powerful methodological approach. In Chapter II, it
is described the methodology that responds to the scientific method. It goes from the
general to the particular, that is, from the theoretical levels, the research problem, and the
normative protocol, to the complete reality. The findings had feedback and returned to
the primary source to be compared. There are also the techniques and instruments that
will allow to have the data of the field research, process them and perform the inferential
analysis. In chapter III, the reader will find the proposal of the design of the business
model and the management and the strategic level

El trabajo de titulación propone un modelo de gerenciamiento que, consiste en la
innovación de procesos, productos y servicios que permitan mantener o expandir el
segmento de mercado ocupado. El logro de la productividad a través de la optimización
de inversiones y de la relación costo – beneficio. En esta línea el capítulo I, llega al
conocimiento frontera. Se ha rastreado varias teorías, con relación al problema de
investigación; el tema; los objetivos: general y específicos. Se trata del marco teórico del
trabajo construido desde una aproximación metodológica potente. El capítulo II, describe
el encuadre metodológico que responde al método científico. Se va desde lo general a lo
particular. Es decir, como, desde los planos teóricos, el problema de investigación, el
protocolo normativo a la realidad completa. Se retroalimentación los hallazgos y se
retornó a la fuente primaria que es el conocimiento acumulado. Constan también las
técnicas y los instrumentos que permitirán tener los datos de la investigación de campo,
procesarlos y realizar el análisis inferencial. En capitulo III, el lector encontrara la
propuesta del diseño del modelo de negocios y el gerenciamiento y el nivel estratégico
