Abstract

In this graduation work is proposed a management model regarding the innovation of processes, products, and services, that allow maintaining or expanding the occupied market segment. It is analyzed the achievement of productivity through the optimization of investments and the cost - benefit relation. Consequently, in Chapter I, it is elaborated a theoretical framework. Several theories have been traced, in relation to the research problem, the topic, the general objective, and the specific objectives. The literature review of the work was constructed from a powerful methodological approach. In Chapter II, it is described the methodology that responds to the scientific method. It goes from the general to the particular, that is, from the theoretical levels, the research problem, and the normative protocol, to the complete reality. The findings had feedback and returned to the primary source to be compared. There are also the techniques and instruments that will allow to have the data of the field research, process them and perform the inferential analysis.
