Propuesta de intervención urbana arquitectónica para la reutilización del mercado Sucre de la ciudad de Azogues

Abstract

This present topic thesis from a problem, that involves the relocation of commercial activities of a sector in the city of Azogues, leaving several unknowns about future territorial planning for the current implementation of the Sucre Market, and with this the solutions that they will be taken for the use of the space, the restoration of the landscape, the socioeconomic stability of the sector and the city, among others. For this reason, in the present titling work, an investigative analysis will be developed on the problem that encompasses several approaches: social, economic, environmental, etc. On the other hand, examples of projects that contemplate possible solutions to the problem dealt with, and construction techniques that allow substantiating the design proposals that will be developed throughout this study, through a sustainable approach and above all constructively feasible in our environment, will be studied. , as a response to the needs of the population, as well as the use of a space through the reuse of elements.
