The Internet has become an essential part of human development and a source of access to web services from anywhere in the world, however, most websites or web portals are not designed under a standard of quality and accessibility, making it difficult for people who have some degree of disability to access and understand what exists on the web, whether textual information, images, video and audio. Most educational institutions have their own web portals that do not meet an adequate level of accessibility, is for this reason that this project is framed in the research and analysis of -ISO/IEC 405-compliance with the Ecuadorian standard NTE INEN-ISO/IEC 40500 IN 228 WEB PORTALS OF 16 educational units in the city of Cuenca, 9 public and 7 fiscomisionales from initial education level to high school. The research was based on the guidelines, directives and evaluation criteria of the standard in force in Ecuador, which adapts the international standard ISO 40500 to provide accessibility to the Web. The methodology used was the Web site accessibility conformity assessment methodology (WCAG-EM). With this proposal, it was considered necessary to have a tool capable of discovering falsehood, through the interaction of the human with an automated system (Chatbot), which also serves as a technological tool to contribute to the fight against the scourge of the Coronavirus, which still represents one of the main problems that afflict all countries worldwide. the other hand, IBM Watson was applied for development, together with Python libraries, which was supported through the implementation of best software development practices. In addition, the development methodology called waterfall (Waterfall) was used, taking into account each of the steps established by this method. Likewise, the tests of the system were carried out through the Chatbot tests to a group of volunteers who offered to carry out the system checks and with the data collected to obtain the evaluations of the application. Finally, as a result obtained, the development and implementation of the system was achieved, achieving effective interaction with users. In this context, this research based on the implementation of a basic mathematics mobile Application for children and adolescents aged 5-15 years with low-grade intellectual-motor disabilities, with the support of an accessible keyboard synchronized with the APP. To achieve what is proposed, a qualitative research methodology carried out with the bibliographic search of the relevant terms of the study and a quantitative one with the Application of questionnaires for the collection of validation information, while the methodology for the development of the software is SCRUM. The results of the BoxMath Project imply the suitability of the keyboard with dimensions greater than the conventional ones to facilitate the learning of operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, simplification and fractions, such Appreciations are based on the 80% acceptance regarding the format and content developed, added to the 60% that qualifies it as a totally satisfactory experience.Ítem Acceso Abierto Diseño de un prototipo de software para la terapia de lenguaje de niños con trastorno de déficit de atención con hiperactividad(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2022) Jiménez Quiñónez, Joao Patricio; Campoverde Molina, Milton Alfredo; 0707023545In the educational environment in Guayaquil-Ecuador, there are 7,918 students in public institutions diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Therefore, this research aims to develop prototype software for language therapy for children with ADHD focused on reading and writing. This software is a support tool in therapeutic consultations to stimulate concentration and improve memory retention in children. The methodology used for developing the software prototype is SCRUM which consists of three phases: Planning, Development, and Delivery. The results showed that the software prototype in conjunction with the therapies helps improve the learning process in children through the interaction of the system. In addition, it must be considered that the results are not immediate due to the number of therapies and the variety of interactions that each child must receive. In developing the software prototype, essential factors such as: color tones, sound environment, and visual content overload were taken into account. In the COVID-19 pandemic, many SMEs were unable to cope with the decrease in their sales, mainly due to the confinement and recession. This research work aims to implement a virtual store with home delivery, which allows the management of sales and promotion of products within the "Paolita" Bakery. The SCRUM methodology which is widely used in agile software development was applied; the tool that was utilized was MeisterTask, and the framework to be used was Aimeos, being an e-commerce framework with a variety of functions. The purpose of this implementation is to provide an agile solution for the "Paolita" bakery customers to make online purchases with no need to go to the physical store. Before the implementation, research was conducted on the customers' need for the virtual store; it was determined that 70% of the "Paolita" bakery's customers prefer to shop online. On the other hand, once the implementation was completed, the tests that were conducted were the operability, security, and functionality.
