This study analyzes the variables in developing e-commerce in MSMEs in Azogues City in Ecuador. Thus, an exploratory and descriptive scope was used, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design for the data collection on a single occasion. The study subjects were the consumers of the city of Azogues, where a non-probabilistic sampling was applied, with a sample of 379 people, through a survey with 15 questions related to sociodemographic data, internet use, preferences of electronic payment methods, and consideration of the variables. One of the most relevant results found in this article is that 41.7% of the total surveyed make online purchases more than once a month, 31% prefer the use of debit and credit cards; concerning ease of use, 50.24% consider that it is easy to use, while 44.8% feel insecure. In conclusion, the MSMEs in Azogues face a significant challenge with the evolution of online shopping, one of the main drawbacks being the distrust and lack of knowledge that society presents towards this new way of purchase.Ítem Acceso Abierto “Efectos Post Covid-19 de la dinámica económica del cantón Déleg”(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2022) Caisaguano Flores, Brian Humberto; Ramírez Valarezo, Carlos Fabián; 0350277927; ., .This research focuses on the economic problems in Déleg canton concerning COVID-19, arising consequences, such as unemployment, bringing fear and uncertainty in people, increasing inequality, and leaving them vulnerable to the appearance of any inconvenience, from the socioeconomic point of view. Likewise, Ecuadorian society has a slow recovery, which minimizes restoring the previous development standards. This article aims to identify the economic variables that affected the Déleg canton due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is exploratory and descriptive since it starts from a specific context of the study, the inquiry is transversal. A survey was applied to the population. The results evidenced the need to improve the inhabitants' quality of life, security, and the economic processes are emphasized in agriculture, cattle raising, and tourism. In conclusion, the pandemic had a negative impact on the canton, so it is crucial to seek new development proposals to mitigate the discomfort of the population and identify productive processes to achieve early economic recovery.Ítem Acceso Abierto “La prospectiva de los emprendimientos a partir del covid-19 en Gualaceo, Ecuador”(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2022) Morocho Guncay, John Augusto; Quevedo Barros, Manuel Rafael; 0106195266; ., .The changes and transformations derived from the COVID-19 pandemic on the enterprises in Gualaceo canton led to a rethinking of the traditional business models, where they had to adapt to technological trends not to reduce their income. Thus, this study aims to establish these enterprises’ prospective after the pandemic. A methodology based on an exploratory and descriptive scope was used, with a quantitative approach with transversal temporality and a sample of 209 enterprises in the Gualaceo canton. The results showed that 65% of the entrepreneurs consider that the enterprise provides social recognition and do not evidence financial institution's support. The purpose of this research is to analyze consumer behavior in relation to furniture made of post-pandemic melamine in the cantons of Biblián, Azogues and Cañar. The methodological aspect responds to an exploratory and descriptive research with a quantitative approach of a cross-cutting and non-experimental axis of a non-probabilistic type. For the collection of information, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument, applied to 382 inhabitants of Biblián, Azogues and Cañar. Among the most relevant results, 60% have bought melamine furniture, of which 47% state that they do so because of the elegance that it denotes. 52% state that melamine furniture is better than traditional furniture. Through the management of art tracking, the information is still scarce by several researchers since they consider it illegal, both nationally and internationally, it can be determined that cannabis helps in the 15 sustainable development goals of the 2030 Agenda, and that some countries are planting it in order to produce and market this product to neighboring countries that buy for multiple uses, the measurement instrument that was used is the interview of certain groups of people, however, the information is scarce because it has very little by the interviewees, but they stated that society still does not accept its use due to lack of knowledge and management, it is concluded that cannabis has several benefits in the industrial area and for medicinal purposes among others, considering that it is an ancestral plant that in the future most countries will accept its production and commercialization to generate new food, textile and medicinal products, with the in order to provide jobs and care for the environment.Ítem Acceso Abierto “Buenas prácticas en la elaboración y comercialización de bloques por los artesanos del cantón de Azogues”(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2022) González Larrea, Felipe Sebastian; Solís Muñoz, Juan Bautista; 0350006714; ., .The production and commercialization of blocks are in demand in Ecuador since it is one of the most used materials in construction. Therefore, in this research, 12 artisan producers in Azogues-Ecuador were observed during the production and marketing of blocks, thus determining good practices. For this purpose, qualitative, interpretative, exploratory, and descriptive research was conducted. The data collection techniques were in-depth interviews with questionnaires and observation sheets. The results showed the need to generate an organizational culture of continuous improvement and staff training during dosing, setting, drying, and curing the blocks. Tourism in Guapán, Azogues - Ecuador, was affected, and the impact of the pandemic on this sector was analyzed. Moreover, the consequences that it generated in the economy are the deterioration of the population's quality of life and the financial losses in the real and business economy. Quantitative research was applied with an exploratory and descriptive approach to the research variables described at a statistical level. The study is intentionally non - probabilistic because the researcher selected the study context without having an extensive database. A survey was applied with a 95 % confidence level and a estimation error limit. 95 % of the representative sample indicates that tourism should be increased with publicity about the attractions. Eighty - seven percent agree that tourism activities should be reactivated in the study area. It is concluded that there is interest among tourists in visiting the attractions of Guapán - Ecuador, It represents an opportunity that should be taken advantage of.Ítem Acceso Abierto “Sostenibilidad del proyecto turístico de Cojitambo, Ecuador. Tourists who visit the Ingapirca Archaeological Complex located in the Cañar canton are taken as a reference for the object of study. An intentional non-probabilistic sampling is applied with 105 surveys which were validated through the judges' criteria method. The applied methodology has an exploratory and descriptive character. The research starts from variables that were taken as they are presented without the researcher having intentionally manipulated them. In the investigation it is verified that the tourist destination is sustainable when governed by the variables of innovation, competitive advantage and associativity, since by combining these 3 variables it is possible to have a tourist management planned, controlled and supported by the local community which would allow the complex shows its benefits in the form of archaeological, adventure and natural tourism. It is concluded that the Cojitambo tourism project constitutes an area of opportunity to develop other sectors such as heritage, agriculture, transportation, education and sports. Despite this, before the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic, it was not widely used, so as a result of this event, the inclination for digital media increased. The purpose of this article is to analyze trust in electronic means of payment as a determining factor in e-commerce. A post-pandemic look at Azogues and Biblián, Ecuador. The research responds to a quantitative methodological approach with an exploratory and descriptive scope, of a probabilistic type, with a transversal axis and of a non-experimental nature. The collection of information was obtained through the measurement instrument, survey, applied to 380 inhabitants of the cantons of Azogues and Biblián. The main results obtained were that 59% of the inhabitants do make purchases online, of which 60% do so with a frequency of every two or three months, where the most used means of payment are transfers or deposits, in addition , it follows that 47% of people intend to increase online purchases. The digitization of business processes and the Internet access for a greater number of people generates an environment of uncertainty in which the following question arises: Did digital platforms influence the sustainability of SMEs in the Azogues canton? According to this question the present article conducive to provide an image of the situation faced by SMEs in the canton, based on investigative work with an exploratory methodological approach and descriptive. Through the analysis of the state of the art and the application of surveys, it was evaluated the following aspects: use of the internet, social networks, investment in ICTs and tools of electronic commerce. Empirical evidence orroborates the influence of platforms in the context of study, especially those aimed at generating spaces for communication between the client and the company. However, thanks to the presence of the COVID-19 pandemic, these companies suffered great impacts, so much of the economy of the countries was reduced and the unemployment rate increased. The objective of the research is to analyze the strategies implemented by SMEs in times of pandemic in Azogues - Ecuador. The research is exploratory and descriptive, its study is cross-sectional with a non-experimental design and has a non-probabilistic sampling. For the data collection, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument, 167 surveys were carried out, which were applied to the SMEs of the Azogues Canton. By tracing the art, it was possible to determine that 77% of SMEs implemented strategies to survive in the presence of the pandemic, with digital marketing being the most used strategy, since it stood out with a percentage of 62%. Likewise, 55% of SMEs mentioned that these strategies helped them stay in the market and 46% stated that they were able to adapt to changes. This research article analyzes financial education as a post-pandemic strategy in MSMEs Azogues-Ecuador. For the development of this study, a methodology based on an exploratory and descriptive quantitative approach with a transversal axis and non-experimental cut was used. Information was collected by surveying 360 MSMEs in the Azogues canton. As a result, 65% of the respondents knew about financial education, of which only 36% applied savings methods in their enterprises. The highest percentage ofthe application was the elimination of ant expenses with a percentage of 54%. In conclusion, financial education is only limited to theoretical knowledge within the MSMEs, which shows a deficiency in the correct use of financial tools. For this purpose, a mixed approach, experimental, probabilistic, and non-experimental design was used. Information was collected on 12 variables, 4 of them being the main ones for this research: Consumption Preference, Tastes and consumption, Length of Stay, and Cost Preference, through surveys applied to tourists, to know the current situation regarding the lack of tourist services . As a result, religious tourism has an enormous acceptance by tourists. The study determined positive data about the cultural attractions of the Azogues canton, so it is considered a great business opportunity for the sectors of this place. It is concluded that, in religious tourism, entrepreneurship is a fundamental basis for developing this sector, as they complement the satisfactory experience of visitors. It denotes a great competitive advantage for these places. The article is of result, quantitative, exploratory and descriptive. The technique used is the survey and the data collection instrument, the questionnaire. The field study was carried out with a finite population, the sample size represents a confidence level of 95% and a limit of error of 5%. The study is based on the following variables of interest: productive transformation, economic factor, entrepreneurship management strategies and economic reactivation; same that directly influence business during the pandemic. It was diagnosed that the strategy used by the MiPymes in the economic recovery was digital marketing through technological tools such as Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. In view of this, the objective is to analyze the digital media used by people and companies for the sale of goods and/or services by exploring the phenomenon of electronic commerce for exponential development. In this sense, the purchasing preferences and the digital media used by individuals in online buying and selling were analyzed. The research followed an exploratory, descriptive, quantitative and cross-sectional methodology, based on a systematic investigation of the literature and a field work through the application of a structured survey that was used to the study subjects, being this part of the population. economically active in the canton of Azogues. The study reflected that the main means of marketing online are social networks, among which the use of Facebook and WhatsApp stood out with 49.3% and 29.7% respectively, in the same way it was established that Amazon and Mercado Libre are the digital marketing platforms most used in the sale or purchase of products with 37.8% and 34.5% respectively. It has raised awareness of the need to propose strategies in fruit and vegetable microenterprises. These kinds of businesses generate income and employment, which are important in the reactivation of the country, province, and canton. This study aims to analyze the sustainability and strategies of fruit and vegetable microenterprises to face the COVID-19 crisis in Azogues Canton. For this, exploratory and descriptive research was conducted based on analyzing scientific articles and the field evaluation of 45 micro-entrepreneurs in this city. The empirical evidence shows that in this canton, micro-enterprises have managed to generate sustainability based on commercial flexibility and the help of bank loans to have the liquidity to buy merchandise. It was concluded that it is required to implement strategies that help fruit and vegetable micro-entrepreneurs to be more competitive through continuous improvement of their business and product diversification, reinvesting their profits to achieve long-term sustainability in the market.
