Ítem Acceso Abierto Estrategias de Diversificación de Productos en el Modelo de Negocios de la Fabrica de Lácteos El Paisano del Cantón San Fernando de la Provincia de Azuay - Ecuador(Universidad Católica de Cuenca, 2021) Loja Criollo, Guadalupe Jacqueline; Ordoñez Valencia, Hugo Javier; 0106208465This business model is focused on the growth of the "Paisano" factory located in the San Fernando canton, province of Azuay, Ecuador, to incorporate new products derived from dairy products to satisfy the needs of the population. For the diversification of dairy products, a study was conducted to recognize the feasibility of new goods, the profits that will be obtained by incorporating them into the production chain, as well as the investment that will have to be made. To this end, both a market study and financial analysis were performed. The research findings focus on the profitability of the business, and the conclusions include the fact that diversification represents a feasible, viable, and successful alternative for improving the company's positioning in the market and its performance vis-à-vis the competition. As for the recommendations, it is necessary to improve the performance of each of the actors that are part of the “El Paisano” factory, through leadership that invites teamwork, maintaining an optimal organizational climate, working under the concept of shared vision so that everyone can suggest improvements in their areas to strengthen the integral development of the company, increase productivity and achieve better performance by workers.Ítem Acceso Abierto Propuesta de un Modelo de Negocios para el Gremio Artesanal de Orfebrería y Afines Chordeleg(Universidad Católica de Cuenca, 2021) Llanos Jara, Marcia Maribel; Ramón Poma, Glenda Maricela; 0106228000This study aimed to develop a business proposal for the artisanal guild and related craftsmen's guild in Chordeleg, to improve their productivity and competitiveness in the market, as well as to promote the social and economic growth of the region. To this end, an analysis of the different theories and concepts related to business models was conducted, data related to the artisanal guild market in the region was collected, a SWOT analysis was developed, and both a technical and financial study was performed to establish the guidelines and administrative directives under which they should operate as a guild. The type of study was descriptive, non-experimental with a mixed approach, employing the survey as an instrument of data collection, where through the analysis of the production process of gold earrings in the shape of a flower, the development of the cash flow and the projected income statement, the application of the financial indicators Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) it was determined that the implementation of this proposal is feasible, so its implementation is recommended.Ítem Acceso Abierto Modelo de Negocio para Complejo Comercial Turístico y Habitacional(Universidad Católica de Cuenca, 2021) Loja Tintin, Marixa Liliana; Calle Masache, Oscar Rene; 0104877113The present study consists of field research whose main objective is to create a business model for the Commercial, Tourist, and Housing Complex in the San Fernando canton of the province of Azuay. To this end, a feasibility study was conducted which included a market analysis to recognize the needs of the target public, a SWOT and PESTEL analysis, as well as financial analysis to determine the type of investment to be made, its structure, and the profitability that it will produce within 5 years. The results showed, first, the level of acceptance of creating this complex in the area, with 84% agreeing and considering it pertinent; second, the SWOT analysis showed, among the strengths and opportunities, that this complex could be a tourist reference for the San Fernando canton and neighboring cantons, as well as support for local economic development. For this, an exhaustive analysis of the current situation of the company will be performed, as well as a general market study and a financial analysis oriented to cement the proposals that are delivered at the end of the document, taking into account the national situation and the latest economic changes generated as a result of the arrival of the COVID-19 disease. To conduct the aforementioned, the background of the research will be analyzed, as well as the generalities of the business model will be studied, so it is necessary to conduct a market, financial and strategic study. These will allow us to detect the optimization and improvement opportunities for the company through each of the strategies to be proposed through the 5 Potter forces, which will benefit the company in the short and medium-term.Ítem Acceso Abierto Fortalecimiento de la Gestión de Talento Humano en el Modelo de Negocio del Sindicato de Choferes del Cantón Cañar(Universidad Católica de Cuenca, 2021) Andrade Guzmán, Thalía Susana; Espinoza Pillaga, Héctor Alejandro; 0105672497This research work aims to strengthen the Human Resources Management (GTH, in Spanish) in the Drivers Union of Cañar Canton, contributing to the improvement of processes, therefore the proposal is based on the application of methodologies and theories related to the selection and recruitment, training, induction and performance evaluation. It consists of 5 chapters, the first one presents the problem through its formulation, definition of objectives, justification. The objective is to improve the processes of recruitment, selection, hiring, performance evaluation, and training. Chapter two contains the theoretical framework, where the administration is supported, definitions are presented, management processes are presented and the strategic guidelines that govern the union are included. Chapter three contains the methodological referential, it has been developed from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative research, it consists of the collection of information from the population through the survey, as well as the reading of the main results. It is evident to improve the department since the processes are not formalized. Chapter four is the diagnosis of the company in its organizational structure in addition to the presentation and analysis of data collected from the survey. Chapter five contains the strengthening proposal based on 3 fundamental pillars: selection and hiring subsystem, performance evaluation, and training. The proposal will be complemented with a manual that will serve as a reference for other departments of the institution. LTDA.(Universidad Católica de Cuenca, 2022) Tigre Tenesaca, Karina Elizabeth; Andrade Amoroso, Rolando Patricio; 0107114050El presente trabajo de investigación trata de las estrategias innovadoras para el departamento de talento humano en Comercial Gaby SolisUlloa Cía. Ltda. Esta organización se dedica al comercio local, cuenta con alrededor de 16 empleados, son importadores de productos de bazar donde ofrece productos como: cristalería, porcelana, juguetería, textil, etc. Actualmente Comercial Gaby no cuenta con el departamento de talento humano que se encargue de administrar el desarrollo y la gestión de los trabajadores, siendo un punto esencial dentro de la organización. Realiza reclutamiento del personal de manera inadecuado, es decir no pasa por los procesos necesarios para saber si el trabajador es apto para ocupar el puesto de trabajo requerido, siendo esta una falencia muy notoria. Los procesos más importantes como el perfil adecuado, inducción, capacitación y seguimiento del personal al momento de la contratación no son tomados en cuenta. Se pretende establecer estrategias que puedan organizar varios procesos, que son de importancia dentro del área de talento humano y poder solucionar conflictos o falencias que se encuentren. También se busca mejorar el funcionamiento de la organización en cuanto a la administración y tener en cuenta las normativas que ayuden a la demanda de las actividades de Comercial Gaby, buscando contribuir de tal forma el crecimiento de la organización como también en el crecimiento en la industria y el comercio en el país.
