Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación trata de las estrategias innovadoras para el departamento de talento humano en Comercial Gaby SolisUlloa Cía. Ltda. Esta organización se dedica al comercio local, cuenta con alrededor de 16 empleados, son importadores de productos de bazar donde ofrece productos como: cristalería, porcelana, juguetería, textil, etc. Actualmente Comercial Gaby no cuenta con el departamento de talento humano que se encargue de administrar el desarrollo y la gestión de los trabajadores, siendo un punto esencial dentro de la organización. Realiza reclutamiento del personal de manera inadecuado, es decir no pasa por los procesos necesarios para saber si el trabajador es apto para ocupar el puesto de trabajo requerido, siendo esta una falencia muy notoria. Los procesos más importantes como el perfil adecuado, inducción, capacitación y seguimiento del personal al momento de la contratación no son tomados en cuenta.
Se pretende establecer estrategias que puedan organizar varios procesos, que son de importancia dentro del área de talento humano y poder solucionar conflictos o falencias que se encuentren. También se busca mejorar el funcionamiento de la organización en cuanto a la administración y tener en cuenta las normativas que ayuden a la demanda de las actividades de Comercial Gaby, buscando contribuir de tal forma el crecimiento de la organización como también en el crecimiento en la industria y el comercio en el país.
This research work deals with innovative strategies for the human talent area at Commercial Gaby Solis Ulloa Cía. Ltda. This organization is dedicated to local commerce, it has around 16 employees, this commercial is dedicated to the importation of bazaar products in which it offers us products such as: glassware, porcelain, toys, textiles, etc. Currently Gaby commercial does not have a human talent department that is in charge of administering the development and management of workers, being an essential point within the organization. Recruit staff improperly, that is, it does not go through the necessary processes to know if the worker is suitable to occupy the required job position, this being a very notable failure, the most important processes such as the appropriate profile, induction, training and monitoring of staff at the time of hiring are not taken into account. What is intended to be established are strategies that can organize various processes that are of importance within the area of human talent and be able to solve conflicts or shortcomings that are found. In this way also improve the operation of the organization in terms of administration and take into account the regulations that help the demand for the activities of commercial Gaby, seeking to contribute in such a way the growth of the organization as well as the growth in the industry and commerce in the country.
