ABSTRACT The Project named “Digital strategies base don platforms for the diffusion of services and online resources of hotels”, aims at elaborating a plan wich contains the necessary selling strategies and actions that hotels in the Cañar Canton have to offer to their customers. Consequently, the lack of a strategic plan that endorses the diffusion and promotion of services was evidenced. Therefore, a comparative analysis of the methodologies was conducted to desing a strategic plan, online business strategies, marketing strategies, platforms for the advertising of touristic places and hotels. Thus, the PEST methodology was selected as the most suitable for the strategic plan proposal from the broadcastm of the hotel services the strategies objectives were determined into four factors actions to accomplish those objectives, the responsibility of their execution, the digital platforms, social networks to promete the strategies and the investment required for each one of them.
