For this reason, financial institutions have had to adapt themselves to social, political, economic, environmental, and health changes over time; those that have managed to successfully cope with these changes are resilient. Therefore, this research aims to determine the resilience factors at the Yuyay Ltd Savings and Credit Cooperative. An exploratory, descriptive, and explanatory investigation that followed a quantitative approach was carried out. For data collection, a Likert scale questionnaire was adapted to a population of 45 employees of the institution. The results showed that factors such as leadership, personnel commitment and participation, innovation, creativity, information, knowledge, monitoring and control of the situation, decision-making, planning strategies, and proactive posture determine organizational resilience to a greater or lesser extent. In conclusion, the financial institution is resilient to changes since it has the capacity to face and manage the crisis effectively.
