Ítem Embargo La inteligencia artificial como una herramienta para mejorar la gestión empresarial(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2024) Pichazaca Simbaina , Juan Bautista; Rodriguez Pillaga, Renán Teodoro; 0301330163Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerges as a transformative tool in business management by offering advanced data analytics and process automation capabilities that enable predictive trend analysis, anticipate market trends, and improve decision-making and customer experience. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how artificial intelligence can contribute to improving business management from the perspective of process automation, data analysis, operational efficiency, innovation, ethics, governance, and organizational resilience. The methodological approach of the research is qualitative, with a descriptive scope based on a systematic review of the literature. The PRISMA method was applied during the research development, ensuring the academic quality of the research results. Initially, 3 949 articles were selected from the different databases, evaluated, and filtered based on quality standards, contributing significantly to the research, and general inclusion and exclusion criteria. Finally, 19 articles were selected, allowing us to conclude that AI positively impacts the company’s business management, improving its operational efficiency, data analytics, innovation, and customer satisfaction in organizational performance and competitiveness across different sectors. However, these results can be achieved if organizations ensure the quality of the data used by AI and have trained personnel to use this technology. Keywords: artificial intelligence, business management, data analytics, process automation, innovation.
