dc.descriptionEl presente artículo habla sobre un manejo de la investigación descriptiva y exploratoria, sobre el tema de habilidades emprendedoras y el crecimiento en las Pymes, se inicia con una explicación breve de las principales o teorías bases que servirán de apoyo para ahondar en investigaciones y análisis de datos, es importante detallar definiciones de palabras clave como la innovación, emprendimiento, las habilidades para emprender y como el COVID-19 ha influido tanto positiva como negativamente en la creación de empresas, y con el rastreo del arte se pudo tener una investigación profunda y oportuna, por otro lado con el manejo del instrumento de las encuestas, se determinó algunas variables que inciden en el desarrollo de la organización; la importancia de las Pymes es fundamental para un país, ayudando a potenciar el desarrollo social y económico, ya que son promotores en producir y comercializar bienes y servicios en el mercado, sin embargo, la pandemia género que varias empresas manejen diferentes modelos de innovación y emprendimiento con el fin de crecer y mantener dentro del mercado, podemos concluir que el gobierno debe poner en marcha varios programas de capacitación en habilidades emprendedoras, esto con el fin de mantener empresas que ayuden al desarrollo económico del país.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis article is descriptive and exploratory research management, on the subject of entrepreneurial skills and growth in SMEs. It begins with a brief explanation of the principal or base theories that will serve as support to delve into research and data analysis. It is essential to detail definitions of keywords such as innovation, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship skills, and how the COVID-19 has influenced both positively and negatively the creation of companies. With the tracking of the art, it was possible to have deep and timely research. On the other hand, with the handling of the survey instrument, it was determined some variables that affect the development of the organization; the importance of SMEs is fundamental for the country, helping to enhance social and economic development, as they are promotors in producing and marketing good and market services. However, the pandemic generated several companies handle different models of innovation and entrepreneurship to grow and maintain themselves within the market. It can be concluded that the government should implement various training programs in entrepreneurial skills to support companies that help the country's economic development.es_ES
