| dc.description | Esta investigación trata sobre el pago de la pensión alimenticia correspondiente al décimo cuarto sueldo, este proviene del tema de ingresos que tiene el alimentante, lo cual, nos lleva a analizar el monto que recibe por tal concepto, y la razón de ser del mismo, siendo que, para estar en posibilidades de cancelar los valores deben ser equivalentes, sin embargo, el décimo cuarto sueldo que percibe un trabajador en general, no es proporcional en algunos niveles establecidos en la tabla de pensiones alimenticias, dejando en una total desventaja a los alimentantes que se encuentran en estos niveles. | es_ES |
