dc.description	Este trabajo de investigación realiza un estudio de regeneración urbana para el antiguo tramo del “Camino de García Moreno” en la parroquia Sayausí. Conservando la memoria del extraordinario esfuerzo de los cuencanos, por vencer el aislamiento de esa época, recuperando su valor y devolviendo un tramo del antiguo camino para que su historia sea recorrida.\n La calle García Moreno es un tramo del antiguo “Camino de García Moreno” atravesaba la ciudad de Cuenca desde la parroquia San Blas hasta el caserío de Sayausí siguiendo el trazo del ya antiguo camino de arrieros que unía a Cuenca con Guayaquil. La historia de aproximadamente 146 años ha quedado en el olvido.\n En la actualidad el paisaje urbano de la calle es de aspecto descuidado, su arquitectura vernácula y su entorno actualmente construido reflejan la realidad de muchos de los barrios rurales del cantón. \n La regeneración urbana de la calle brinda a la Parroquia Sayausí un atractivo turístico, aportando a su conservación, mejorando el paisaje urbano entre la calle García Moreno, sus fachadas y el equipamiento turístico propuesto en este estudio. Se genera un destino turístico, para la parroquia aportando con su desarrollo económico y mejorando el paisaje urbano de la calle García Moreno para que sirva como ejemplo de conservación y protección.	es_ES
dc.description.resumen	This research makes a study of urban regeneration to the old section of the "Camino Garcia Moreno" in Sayausí parish. Preserving the memory of the extraordinary effort of Cuenca, to overcome the isolation of that time, regaining their value and returning a section of the old road in order to go through its history.\n Garcia Moreno Street is a stretch of the old "Camino Garcia Moreno" through the city of Cuenca from the parish San Blas to the village of Sayausí following the outline of the old road carriers and that linked Guayaquil with Cuenca. History approximately 146 years has been forgotten.\n At present, the urban landscape of the street is unkempt, his vernacular architecture and built environment currently reflect the reality of many of the rural neighborhoods of the canton.\n The urban regeneration of the street gives the Parish Sayausí a tourist attraction, contributing to their conservation, improving the urban landscape between Garcia Moreno Street, its facades and tourist facilities proposed in this study. A tourist destination is generated, providing the parish with its economic development and improving the urban streetscape Garcia Moreno for serving as an example of preservation and protection.	es_ES
