dc.description	El anteproyecto de diseño urbano del parque recreacional y deportivo del barrio “El sauce” se enfocó en el análisis investigativo de las normativas y leyes que sé deben cumplir para la ejecución del proyecto más consultas bibliográficas de proyectos similares. Se realizó un diagnóstico para analizar los aspectos geográficos y medio ambientales que posee el terreno, además se aplicó una metodología que ayude al planteamiento de cada problema y aspectos establecidos en el diagnostico mediante mapas temáticos enfocándose básicamente en problemas y fortalezas que influyen de manera directa en el lugar de la intervención la cual ayude al diseño del parque. Para finalizar en el proyecto se implementó áreas de descanso, áreas de recreación, áreas deportivas (canchas de uso múltiple, máquinas de ejercicio biosaludables, juegos infantiles, juegos de barras y máquinas para abdominales) y un mirador hacia el centro urbano el mismo que resalta el anteproyecto cumpliendo con todas las expectativas de los moradores del casco urbano del Cantón Sígsig.	es_ES
dc.description.resumen	The preliminary draft for an urban design of a recreational and sports park for the “El Sauce” neighborhood, was focused on a research and analysis of laws and regulations which must be fulfilled fot the implementation of the projects plus bibliographics queries on related projects. A diagnosis was held which involves analyzing geographical and environmental aspects of the land, in addition a methodology that aids to manages each problema was applied and the aspects established in the diagnosis through thematic maps focusing basically on problems and srengths that influences directly in the place to be intervened which will help in the design of the park. Rest áreas were also implemented to complete the projects, recreation and sports áreas (all- purpose court, Biohealthy exercise machines, children’s games bar and bas machines) and a wiewpoint towards downtown which emphasizes the preliminary draft fulfilling all the expectations of the inhabitants of the urban área of the Sígsig Canton.	es_ES
