dc.descriptionPropuesta de intervención de la recuperación de las márgenes del rio Sinincay, Tramo Puente Isaac Chico - Puente Daniel Durán emplazado en la Parroquia Sinincay, del cantón Cuenca, provincia del Azuay, cuya finalidad es mejorar las condiciones topográficas, paisajísticas, funcionales y de accesibilidad al lugar; incluyendo la toma de decisiones sobre la conservación, el uso del espacio, en un intento de racionalizar y minimizar el impacto de la actividad humana. \nCuyo punto de partida fue el estudio de la historia del sector y su entorno inmediato, como la ejecución de proyectos similares en diferentes territorios, generando de este modo un proyecto sostenible económicamente y así contribuir al análisis de un desarrollo urbano, proponiendo soluciones técnicas a través de metodologías constructivas, de investigación y diseño, beneficiando a la población presente y futura, sin afectar la vegetación existente, implantando vegetación endémica a fin de recuperar las áreas deterioradas, utilizando materiales que permitan la reparación de la capa vegetal del suelo.es_ES
dc.description.resumenThe proposal for the intervention and recovery of the Banks of the Sinincay River, section Isaac Chico – Daniel Durán Bridge, which aims to improve the landscape conditions, functional and accessibility to the site; including making decisions about the conservation and the usage of space, in an attempt to improve the life quality of local people and their interrelationships with nature. \nThe starting point was the history of the area and its immediate surroundings, as well as the implementation of similar projects, thus a sustainable draft which is carried out to assist in the analysis of urban development, proposing technical solutions through constructive methodologies, research and design, thereby benefiting the current and future population, entirely without affecting existing vegetation, implementing endemic vegetation to recover damaged áreas using materials that allow repairing the plant layer, this means a draft for conservation and sustainability.es_ES
