Resumen
ABSTRACT
Introduction: Covid-19 outbreak has showed the imminent deterioration of the health care system, which has led to the reorganization of hospital and community action in order to increase hospital resources and cover the care of patients affected by this pathology, decreasing in promotion and prevention of other types of pathologies, resulting in an increase in the deterioration of the health care system worldwide. Objective: To systematize the available scientific evidence on the deterioration of the health system due to Covid-19. Methodology: The systematic review study was conducted through the interpretation of full open access scientific articles, Spanish and English publications, between 2017 and 2021 with the use of the Prisma method and the search engines Scopus, Google Scholar and Virtual Health Library. Twenty articles were selected obtaining as a result five categories of analysis. Results: The increase in patient demand due to Covid-19 has generated worldwide concern, resulting in the growth of the deterioration of the health system, significantly reducing the attention and priority of the rest of existing diseases, especially patients with chronic diseases. Conclusion: The precarious reality of the health system is public knowledge and its causes are well known, which has been affected, even more with the appearance of Covid-19, causing the reorientation of the health system in a 100%, reaching in a satisfactory way to bring the world health attention afloat.

RESUMEN
Introducción: El brote del Covid-19, ha puesto a la luz, el deterioro inminente del sistema sanitario, esto ha generado, que haya reorganización de la actuación hospitalaria y comunitaria, para poder incrementar los recursos hospitalarios y cubrir la atención de los pacientes afectados por esta patología, generando como consecuencia la disminución de promoción, prevención de otros tipos de patologías, dando como resultado el aumento del deterioro del sistema de sanitario en todo el mundo. Objetivo: Sistematizar la evidencia científica disponible sobre el deterioro del sistema sanitario a causa de Covid-19. Metodología: El estudio de revisión sistemática se realizó mediante la interpretación de artículos científicos completos, en los idiomas de español, inglés, publicaciones entre en 2017 y 2021, de acceso abierto, con la utilización del método Prisma y los motores de búsqueda Scopus, Google Scholar y Biblioteca Virtual de Salud, se seleccionaron 20 artículos obteniendo como resultado 5 categorías de análisis. Resultados: El aumento de la demanda de pacientes a causa de la Covid-19, ha generado preocupación mundial, dando como resultado el crecimiento, del deterioro del sistema de sanitario, reduciendo significativamente la atención y prioridad del resto de enfermedades existentes, en especial de pacientes con enfermedades crónicas. Conclusión: La realidad precaria del sistema sanitario es de conocimiento público y sus causas son bien conocidas, que se ha visto afectada, aún más con la aparición de la Covid-19, provocando la reorientación del sistema de salud en un 100%, llegando de manera satisfactoria a sacar a flote la atención a nivel mundial.
