dc.descriptionEl proyecto de investigación tiene como finalidad efectuar un Estudio de la Oferta de vehículos destinados al Transporte de Carga Liviana en función del número de Usuarios en la zona urbana de la Ciudad de Azogues, de esta manera se podrá ejecutar un análisis de dimensionamiento con respecto al número de unidades que prestan el servicio de transporte de carga liviana y mixta para atender las exigencias de la población. Por tal motivo, se aplicó para el estudio la metodología referencial establecida por la Agencia Nacional de Tránsito, para poder determinar si se requiere o no el aumento del servicio de las unidades, por ello se empleó técnicas como, encuestas a los transportista de cada una de las cooperativas y a la población económicamente activa de acuerdo a las muestras calculadas, cuyos datos han sido usados para un análisis sobre la oferta y demanda de este medio de transporte, obteniendo como resultado una sobreoferta de unidades de transporte comercial de carga liviana y mixta en la urbe de la ciudad de Azogues, debido a que la población no transporta gran cantidad de carga, dando como consecuencia una subutilización de la carga máxima que pueden soportar los vehículos, por lo tanto no existe una demanda insatisfecha y se requiere reducir el número de unidades de las cooperativas en estudio.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the research project is to carry out a study of the supply of vehicles destined for light freight transport according to the number of users in the urban area of the city of Azogues, in this way a sizing analysis can be executed with respect to the number of units that provide light and mixed freight transport service to meet the demands of the population. Consequently, it was taken the referential methodology established by the National Traffic Agency, in order to determine whether or not it is necessary to increase the service of the units, and for this reason, it was also applied techniques such as surveys to the cooperatives drivers and to the economically active population according to the calculated samples, data that have been used for an analysis of the supply and demand of this means of transport, resulting in an oversupply of light and mixed freight transport units in the city of the city of Azogues, due to the fact that the population does not transport a large amount of freight, determining that there is an underutilization of the maximum load that vehicles can support. Therefore there is no unsatisfied demand and it is necessary to reduce the number of units of the cooperatives under study.es_ES
