| dc.description | Realizar este trabajo con enfoque a los parques, nace desde la imagen urbana destruida que se ha presenciado en todos los lugares donde existen proyectos de esta relevancia en el cantón Huaquillas, los cuales durante años han permanecido destruidos a causa de la mala planificación por parte del Gad Municipal. Los parques urbanos son espacios públicos destinados al entretenimiento y descanso, requiriendo para esto un diseño propicio que brinde y cumpla las necesidades de una población; sin embargo, en la ciudad de Huaquillas estos proyectos no son realizados en base a un previo análisis funcional y social; sino, estos responden a factores políticos y económicos. Es lamentable ver como cada día se elevan los casos delincuenciales, y por lo tanto la preocupación y desesperación de la población por luchar en contra de ésta. Los espacios urbanos siendo espacios integradores deberían ayudar a minimizar este problema; pero, la mala administración y gestión de estos proyectos realizados al azar, han ocasionado que se conviertan en espacios vulnerables de personas que llegan a consumir alcohol y drogas, además de ser puntos de encuentro para antisociales, lo que ha obligado a los habitantes a tomar la decisión de abandonarlos. Este problema se vuelve más preocupante al saber que por ser una ciudad fronteriza, Huaquillas recibe a diario cantidad de visitas de otras partes dentro y fuera del país, lo que con el pasar del tiempo se ha ido reduciendo a causa de que se ha escuchado este tipo de situaciones; lo que afecta grandemente; ya que este cantón ha vivido del comercio por largos años; sin embargo, se podrá señalar que el Gad Municipal no ha tomado las medidas adecuadas que mitiguen estos problemas. En esta investigación se pretende analizar la función y relación de los parques con la población, para entender y conocer sus necesidades y los problemas existentes. Se realizara un análisis bibliográfico acerca de casos similares, y visitas de campo donde se permita ser parte de esta situación, con la nalidad de plantear estrategias de diseño. Estas estrategias ayudaran a generar espacios más abiertos y seguros; como: insertar letreros de control y cuidado, plantear una iluminación y vegetación adecuada y suficiente; en especial que dispongan de guardias de seguridad y personal de mantenimiento que se encarguen de vigilar y mantener el estado del parque. Finalmente este documento servirá como un aporte al Gad Municipal, como una guía y ayuda para las gestiones futuras que realizaran las autoridades, como eventos de conciencia ciudadana para fortalecer la educación y para sembrar en cada habitante más amor y respeto por la ciudad de Huaquillas, donde empieza y termina la Patria. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | Carrying out this work with a focus on parks, is born from the destroyed urban image that has been perceived in all the places where there are projects of this relevance in Huaquillas canton, where for years have remained destroyed due to poor planning by the Municipal Gad. The urban parks are public spaces destined to the entertainment and rest, requiring for this a propitious design that provides and meets the needs of a population; however, in the city of Huaquillas these projects are not carried out based on a previous functional and social analysis; rather, they respond to political and economic factors. It is unfortunate to see how criminal cases increase every day and therefore the population's worry and desperation to fight against it. Urban spaces being integrating spaces should help to minimize this problem; However, the mismanagement and bad administration of these projects those are carried out randomly, have caused them to become vulnerable spaces for people who come to consume alcohol and drugs, as well as being meeting points for antisocial people, which has forced the inhabitants to take the decision to abandon those places. This problem becomes more worrisome because it is a border city, Huaquillas receives daily visits from people from other parts of the country and abroad, which over time has been reduced due to the fact that this has been heard these type of situations; what affects greatly; since this canton has lived of the commerce by many years; however, it could be noted that the Municipal Gad has not taken the appropriate procedures to mitigate these problems. This research aims to analyze the function and relationship of parks with the population, to understand and know their needs and existing problems. A bibliographic analysis will be made about similar cases, and field visits where it is allowed to be part of this situation, in order to propose design strategies. These strategies will help to generate more open and safe spaces; how to: insert signs of control and care, pose adequate and sufficient lighting and vegetation; especially that they have security guards and personnel maintenance who are in charge of monitoring and maintaining the state of the park. Finally this document will serve as a contribution to the Municipal Gad, as a guide and help for future efforts to be made by the authorities, as citizen awareness events to strengthen education and to plant in each inhabitant more love and respect for the city of Huaquillas, where the homeland begins and ends. | es_ES |
