dc.description	La importancia de la conservación de la pintura mural en edificaciones patrimoniales del Centro Histórico de Cuenca pertenecientes a la arquitectura del período republicano, se ve representada a partir del registro de los elementos restaurados. El presente trabajo investigativo selecciona de entre 204 edificaciones categorizadas con VAR A (Valor Arquitectónico) a la “Casa de los Murales” como tema de tesis. Se propone un análisis que considere el ámbito teórico y conceptual sobre patrimonio cultural, que menciona la reseña histórica de la Casa de los Murales para considerar la metodología con referencia a las técnicas para conservar el valor artístico e histórico de la pintura mural en su interior. A partir del muestreo, observación y enfoque de los espacios del inmueble se consigue el registro gráfico y técnico, que tiene la finalidad de aportar al conocimiento de los procesos para la conservación de la pintura mural. Con este análisis se propone una metodología respetuosa del valor patrimonial de las pinturas murales del bien inmueble y su contexto, para conservar su identidad, y aporte cultural efectuada por las edificaciones del centro histórico de la ciudad de Cuenca.	es_ES
dc.description.resumen	The importance of the conservation of mural painting in heritage buildings of the Historic\nCenter of Cuenca belonging to the architecture of the Republican period is represented from the registry of the restored elements. This research work selects from 204 buildings categorized with VAR A (Architectural Value) to the “House of Murals" as a thesis topic. An analysis is proposed that considers the theoretical and conceptual scope on cultural heritage, which mentions the historical review of the House of Murals to consider the methodology with reference to the techniques to conserve the artistic and historical value of the mural painting in its interior. From the sampling, observation and focus of the spaces of the building, the graphic and technical record is obtained, which has the purpose of contributing to the knowledge of the processes for the conservation of the mural painting. With this analysis we propose a methodology respecting the heritage value of the mural paintings of the real estate and its context, to preserve its identity, and cultural contribution made by the buildings of the historic center of the city of Cuenca.	es_ES
