dc.description	La investigación parte de la incógnita ¿es posible desarrollar las habilidades gerenciales en los emprendedores del sector comercial en el cantón Azogues-Ecuador? Se aplicó una justificación la cual se refiere al paradigma, diseño de investigación, sujeto y objeto de estudio en función del problema científico. Se refleja un estudio cuantitativo en donde se procedió a realizar encuestas a las personas pertenecientes a la cámara de comercio (211 empresas). Esto representa un tamaño de muestra probabilística aleatoria simple de 1.96 de valor crítico y un nivel de confianza del 95%. Como los datos son mayores a 50 sujetos de estudio, se aplica la prueba Kolmogorov-Smirnov, lo que dio como resultado que esta prueba es estadísticamente significativa para una distribución no paramétrica. Además, se efectuó correlaciones con el método de Spearman y se halla que Prom_ComunicaciónAsertiva (0.606) y Prom_Liderazgo (0.708) están fuertemente correlacionados con la variable dependiente Prom_HabilidadesGerenciales y es estadísticamente significativa porque la prueba estadística es mayor a 0.05 del p-valor. Por todos los datos obtenidos se tuvo como resultado de que el estudio responde positivamente al problema de investigación porque se presentan datos importantes obtenidos por métodos aplicados en todo el proceso investigativo.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The investigation begins with this research question: Is it possible to develop managerial skills in the commercial sector entrepreneurs in the Azogues-Ecuador canton? A justification was used, which refers to the paradigm, research design, subject, and object of study according to the scientific problem. It reflects a quantitative analysis where surveys among the Chamber of Commerce’s members (211 companies) were applied. It represents a simple random probability sample size of 1.96 of critical value and a confidence level of 95%. As data are more significant than 50 study subjects, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was applied, which was statistically significant for a non-parametric distribution. Moreover, correlations were performed with Spearman's method. It was found that Prom_AssertiveCommunication (0.606) and Prom_Leadership (0.708) are strongly correlated with the dependent variable Prom_ManagerialSkills, and it is statistically significant because the statistical test is greater than 0.05 p-value. From all the data obtained, it was concluded that the study responds positively to the research problem because it presents essential data obtained by methods applied throughout the research process.	es_ES
