dc.description	En el cantón la población ha ido creciendo paulatinamente, debido a esto resulta insuficiente la infraestructura con la que se dispone en el edificio municipal, viéndose en la necesidad de arrendar otras edificaciones para sus departamentos, causando malestar a los ciudadanos quienes son los que visitan a diario dicha entidad. \n\nDesde algún tiempo atrás el Municipio del Cantón Gualaceo, está realizando algunas investigaciones acerca de la infraestructura con la que cuentan, observando con gran preocupación la necesidad de implementar un nuevo edificio que abarque todos los departamentos, teniendo como finalidad brindar un servicio eficiente y oportuno a la ciudadanía.\n\nEl nuevo edificio municipal se emplazará en el centro de la ciudad a una cuadra del parque central, beneficiando a la ciudadanía en general ya que se incorporara las diferentes dependencias que se encuentran arrendadas a un solo lugar. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo implementar muros verticales en la nueva edificación incorporando materiales resistentes para su elaboración como estructura de acero inoxidable, geomenbramas para la impermeabilización, sustrato para la vegetación y el riego de la vegetación mediante recirculación; además solucionando los problemas que se encuentran dentro del cabildo en cuanto a sus espacios, brindando así una fácil movilidad a los usuarios incluyendo a las personas con capacidades especiales, todo esto en base a las respectivas investigaciones para obtener las problemáticas existentes.	es_ES
dc.description.resumen	In the canton the population has grown steadily, for this reason the infrastructure that the municipal building has is insufficient, seeing the need to lease other buildings for their departments, causing discomfort to citizens who are visiting daily that entity.\n\nFor some time ago the Municipality of Gualaceo is doing some research about the infrastructure that they have, watching with great concern the need to implement a new building covering all departments, with the aim to provide an efficient and timely service to citizenship.\n\nThe new municipal building will be located in the city center a block from Central Park, benefiting the people in general. In this building will be located the different units that are leased. This project aims to implement vertical walls in the new building incorporating resistant materials for processing as stainless steel, geomenbramas for waterproofing, substrate for vegetation and irrigation of vegetation by recirculation; besides solving the problems within the council in their spaces, providing easy mobility users including people with special abilities, all this based on the research for existing problems.	es_ES
