Aplicación de la metodología Startup para el desarrollo de emprendimientos en el cantón Cañar

Abstract

The Lean Startup methodology has gained relevance in the entrepreneurial field due to its agile and flexible approach, designed to help startups validate their ideas quickly, reducing the risk and inefficient use of resources. Therefore, the research aims to evaluate the application of the Lean Startup methodology in the development of entrepreneurial ventures in the Cañar Canton. The research adopted a qualitative approach and a descriptive design, based on a documentary literature review with the PRISMA methodology to guarantee the quality of the information. The results indicate that the Lean Startup methodology, by focusing on rapid experimentation and continuous customer feedback, can be effective for local entrepreneurs, although it faces barriers such as a lack of technological infrastructure and access to financing. In addition, the study reveals that the integration of this methodology with others such as the Business Model Canvas and Design Thinking can improve the ability of entrepreneurs to adapt to changes and validate their ideas more effectively. In conclusion, the success of the implementation of Lean Startup in the development of entrepreneurial ventures in the Cañar Canton depends on an adaptation to local characteristics and the strengthening of the entrepreneurial ecosystem through public policies, adequate infrastructure, and entrepreneur training.
