dc.descriptionEl Aislamiento Basal o Aislamiento en la Base es una técnica para proteger las edificaciones en caso de un evento sísmico incorporando entre la estructura y la cimentación sistemas de amortiguamiento. Su principal aplicación se las realiza en edificaciones esenciales las mismas que no deben colapsar ya que brindaran atención antes, durante y después de la presencia de un sismo. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es investigar y analizar los Aisladores Sísmicos utilizados en Edificaciones Esenciales: Caso quirófanos del Hospital Regional del IESS José Carrasco Arteaga. Para esto sé calculó y diseñó la estructura, empleando software de estructuras y hojas de cálculo. Se determinaron los diseños para vigas, columnas y losas, con todos sus esfuerzos sean a flexión, corte, torsión y flexo compresión, apegado a la Norma Ecuatoriana de la Construcción (NEC-14). Con el cálculo de la estructura llegamos a obtener la carga total de la edificación\nla misma que va a ser trasmitida a la cimentación, factor principal para el diseño del aislador basal. También se realizaron encuestas a los docentes de la facultad con la finalidad de identificar conocimientos sobre el área sísmica, para según los resultados obtenidos poder sugerir cátedras que involucren el Análisis Sísmico en Sistemas Estructurales.es_ES
dc.description.resumenThe Basal insulation or Insulation on the Base is a technique in order to protect buildings in cases of an earthquake event incorporating between the structure and foundation of the damping systems. Its main use is performed in the main buildings which must not collapse since it provides essential care before, during and after an earthquake. The main objective of this work is the research and analyze of seismic isolators used in Essential Buildings: in the case of operating rooms of the IESS Regional Hospital José Carrasco Arteaga. For this the structure was calculated and designed using structural software and spreadsheets. The designs for beams, columns and slabs, with all the efforts of bending, shear, torsion and compression flexor, were determined according to the Ecuadorian Standard Construction (NEC-14). With the calculation of the structure we obtained the full brunt of the building thereof to be transferred to the foundation, design factor for the basal insulator. Surveys were also carried out for teachers of the faculty in order to identify knowledge on the area of seismic, according to the results to suggest lectures involving Seismic Structural Systems Analysis.es_ES
