dc.description	El estudio de recuperación urbano paisajístico de la Loma Yanacauri, surge por la iniciativa de la Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo de la Universidad Católica de Cuenca, el Departamento de Planes, Programas y Proyectos de la Ilustre Municipalidad de Cuenca y el autor de este trabajo investigativo; para intervenir técnicamente este espacio de gran importancia para la Ciudad, que en los últimos años, ha sufrido un significativo proceso de degradación paisajística, cultural y social. Para el correcto análisis, interpretación y diseño del anteproyecto, se ha realizado una detallada investigación y diagnóstico de las características actuales del terreno y su entorno, las necesidades de la comunidad, así como de la documentación relacionada con el sitio y el tema de investigación. La idea de intervención, tiene como objetivo rehabilitar al lugar y posesionarlo como un hito urbano representativo, para la preservación, mantenimiento y protección del patrimonio natural y cultural de la ciudad; pero por sobre todo, mejorar la calidad de vida y solventar las necesidades de la comunidad perteneciente a la zona Norte y Este, que en las últimas décadas ha sufrido un proceso de consolidación acelerado y desordenado.	es_ES
dc.description.resumen	The study of urban landscape recovery Yanacauri hill, arises from the initiative of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the Catholic University of Cuenca, the Departament of Plans, Programs and Projects of the Municipality of Cuenca and the autor of this research work; to intervence technically this area of great importance for the city, which in recent years has undergone a significant process of scenic, cultural and social degradation. For proper analysis, interpretation and preliminary desing has been carried out a detailed investigation and diagnosis of the current characteristics of the terrain and environment, the needs of the community and the documentation related to the site and the research topic. The idea of intervention, aims to rehabilitate the place and set as a representative urban landmark for the preservation, maintenance and protection of natural and cultural heritage of the city; but above all, improve the quality of life and meet the needs of the community belonging to the North and East, which in recent decades has undergone a process of consolidation accelerated and disorderly.	es_ES
