dc.description	En los últimos años, se ha observado la falta de espacio y el deterioro de las instalaciones del Cementerio de Punta Corral, ubicado en la Parroquia de Turi, debido a la mala planificación e inestabilidad del terreno; además de los inconvenientes presentados en su gestión administrativa, de seguridad y de mantenimiento. Al momento, el cementerio no dispone del espacio suficiente, debido a la mala distribución de las fosas, impidiendo que pueda seguir prestando el servicio de sepultura para el cual fue construido; por este motivo se considera necesario realizar la Regeneración del Cementerio, lo que permitirá alargar su vida útil y así cubrir las necesidades de esta Comunidad. Todos los cementerios del cantón Cuenca, cuentan con autonomía económica, administrativa y de gestión; es por ello que con la Regeneración del Cementerio, se pretende aprovechar los recursos disponibles, para obtener un beneficio económico que ayude al mantenimiento del Cementerio, estos recursos deberán provenir de la venta de los servicios y del aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales como: la orientación sobre la cual influirá el asoleamiento y la ventilación natural, su vegetación, recolección de agua lluvia y nivel freático del terreno teniendo en cuenta que los túmulos serán de hormigón armado debidamente impermeabilizados y que los fluidos lixiviados producidos por los cadáveres no contaminarán las aguas subterráneas, sirviendo estas para el mantenimiento de las áreas verdes, se dejará un espacio de tierra junto a cada túmulo para que los familiares siembren las plantas de su preferencia, evitando los inconvenientes que se producen con la colocación de floreros que generan contaminación visual y ambiental, debido a la putrefacción de las flores, lo que requiere de un constante mantenimiento; así esta propuesta se integrará al contexto natural y construido existente y se sustentará por sus propios recursos. En la elaboración del diseño arquitectónico, se contempla el emplazamiento en el sitio; su equipamiento que debe ser el indispensable para su funcionalidad, su iluminación, ventilación y materialidad que caracterizan a este tipo de infraestructura de carácter mortuorio.	es_ES
dc.description.resumen	In recent years there has been a lack of space and deteriorating facilities of Punta Corral Cementery located in the parish of Turi, due of por planning, ground instability, failures in the process and building regulations, besides inconvenienced in its administrative area, security and maintenance. At the moment the cementery does not have enough space due to the poor distribution of the pits prevening to continue with the burial service for wich it was built; for this reason it is considered necessary the Regeneration or the Cementery, wihich will extend its life and thus meet the needs of the Community. All the cementeries of the city of Cuenca, have economic autonomy, administrative and management, that is why the regeneration of the cemetery, seeks to take advantage of the resources available, to obtain an economic benefit to help the maintenance of the Cementery, these resources will come from the sale of the served and the use of their natural resources as the orientation that will influence the sunshine and the natural ventilation, its vegetation, rainwater harvesting and ground water table considering that the mounds are properly waterproofed reinforced with concrete and that the leachate fluids produced by the bodies do not contaminate is left for the family to sow plants of their choice avoiding the disadvantages that occur with the placement of vases; so this proposal would integrate the existing natural and built context and will be supported by their own natural resources. In developing the architectural design the siting contemplated in the site; the equipment must be essential for its functionality, lighting, ventilation and materiality that characterize the nature of mortuary infrastructure.	es_ES
