dc.description | La Regeneración Urbana, en la actualidad, es parte esencial en el desarrollo de toda sociedad porque involucra aspectos ambientales, sociales, físicos y culturales. Bajo estos principios se desarrolla el presente trabajo de titulación.\nEste proyecto surge a partir del desarrollo turístico del Complejo Arqueológico de Ingapirca que recibe anualmente a miles de turistas de diferentes partes del mundo, lo que no sucede con el centro poblado debido a que la parroquia no presenta atractivos que inviten al turista a conocerla. Además de estos factores sociales, como la migración de las personas debido a la falta de trabajo, la pérdida cultural, costumbres y tradiciones, entre otros factores, crean la necesidad de una regeneración que cambie la imagen urbana de la parroquia.\nLa Junta Parroquial; así como sus moradores en busca de soluciones, han visto la necesidad de cambiar la imagen urbana de la parroquia, la misma que se resume en la creación de un Corredor Turístico en la calle central 28 de Marzo, para ello la presente propuesta se realizó con la colaboración del Municipio de Cañar, quienes me brindaron la información que fue necesaria para este trabajo. La Junta Parroquial y moradores de Ingapirca; a través, de la exposición de sus necesidades, además de las fichas catastrales con las que se hizo un levantamiento de información de cada vivienda, con ello obtuvimos la información exacta de cada predio detallada en el diagnóstico.\nLos resultados de este proyecto se reflejarán en la evolución social, económica, cultural de sus pobladores, respetando los acontecimientos históricos generados por la permanencia del pueblo Cañari y la capacidad de este proceso en conver- tirse en potencial económico que permita el desarrollo sustentable, sostenible y fortalecimiento turístico, de sus pobladores, motivados por la amplia acogida que tiene el complejo Arqueológico. | es_ES |
dc.description.resumen | Urban Regeneration is now an essential part in the development of any society since it involves environmental, social, physical and cultural aspects under these principles this research unfolds.\nThis project arises from the tourism development of the archaeological complex of Ingapirca that annually receives thou- sands of tourists from around the world, this does not happen with the populated center of the parish because it does not have attractions that incite tourists to know, in addition to these social factors such as migration of individuals due to lack of work, cultural loss and traditions, among other factors create the necessity of a regeneration to change the urban image of the parish.\nThe Parish Council and their inhabitants in search of solutions, have seen the need to change the urban image of the same parish which is summarized in the creation of a Tourism Corridor on the March 28 central street, for this proposal that was done with the collaboration of the Municipality of Cañar who gave me the information that was necessary for this work, Parish Council and inhabitants of the parish of Ingapirca by exposing their needs, and with the help of cadastral files and a survey which gave information of each home, thus we obtained the exact detailed information for each property in the diagnosis.\nThe results of this project are reflected in the cultural, economic and social development of its people while respecting the historical events produced by the permanence of the Cañari people and the ability in this process to become an economic potential allowing sustainable development and strengthening tourism , its people, motivated by the widely welcomed which has the archaeological complex. | es_ES |
