| dc.description | El trabajo titulado, "DISEÑO DEL ANTEPROYECTO DE RECUPERACIÓN DEL PARQUE URBANO SELVA ALEGRE GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO DESCENTRALIZADO MUNICIPAL DEL CANTÓN CUENCA@, se realizó con la información recopilada acerca del área de estudio y su entorno, ayudando a identificar las necesidades de la población con respecto a espacios de recreación. En el primer capítulo se identifica la ubicación, límites, \nárea y problemática dentro del espacio, el conocimiento de los tipos de parques de acuerdo a la localización geografía de nuestro país, el análisis de las áreas verdes intervenidas en la ciudad para el beneficio de la población. Con el objetivo de conservación del medio ambiente se analiza y plantea métodos sustentables para el proyecto, que garanticen su subsistencia y conservación. El segundo capítulo presenta una recopilación de información para el diagnóstico del parque, que ayudará a determinar el estado actual del lugar, generando ciertos criterios para el deseño del anteproyecto de recuperación del parque. El tercer capítulo describe una propuesta efecturada de acuerdo a criterios de diseño para el anteproyecto, el cual abarca de un espacio estructurado por terrazas, contenidos por muros de gaviones; atravesados por escalinatas que sirven para la circulación, y finalmente, se muestra el presupuesto aproximado para el Parque Urbano Selva Alegre. Logrando con este trabajo la concreción de los objetivos planteados; conocerlas característiicas del lugar, corrigiendo problemas y aprovechando las ventajas para el diseño sustentable del espacio verde. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | The work titled "DISEÑO DEL ANTEPROYECTO DE RECUPERACIÓN DEL PARQUE URBANO SELVA ALEGRE DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO DESCENTRALIZADO MUNICIPAL DEL CANTÓN CUENCA" was performed with information was collected about the study area and its environment that helped identify the needs of the popolation regarding leisure spaces. In the first chapter the location, boundaries, and problematic area within the space, the knowledge of the types of parks according to the geographical location of our country, analysis of green areas in the city taken over to the benefit of the identified population. With the aim of preserving the environment is analyzed and sustainable methods for the prohect to ensure their survival and consrvation is raised. The second chapter is a compilation of information for the diagnosis of the park that will help determine the current state of the site generating certain criteria for the preliminary design. The third chapter describes a proposal in accordance with criteria for the preliminary desigh which is structured by terraces set out with gabion walls crossed by stairs that serve as circulation space, and finally the approximate budget for the Selva Alegre Urban Park. At the end the objectives was accomplished: knowing the characteristics of the place correcting problems and taking advantage for sustainable design of the grren area. | es_ES |
