dc.description	La restauración de la Capilla Patrimonial de la Parroquia de Maluay, surge por la iniciativa de la Facultad de Arquitectura y\nUrbanismo de la Universidad Católica de Cuenca y del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Valle.\nPor recuperar o intervenir técnicamente este monumento de gran importancia para la ciudad, que en los últimos años ha sufrido\nun significativo proceso de degradación estructural, cultural y social.\nPara el correcto análisis, interpretación y diseño del anteproyecto se ha realizado una detallada investigación y diagnóstico\nde las características actuales de la edificación y su entorno, así como de documentación relacionada con el mismo y con la\ninvestigación.\nLa idea de intervención tiene como objetivo de restaurar y rehabilitar al lugar y posesionarlo como un hito urbano representativo,\nconservando y protegiendo su patrimonio cultural.\nPero por sobre todo mejorar la calidad de su función y solventar las necesidades de la parroquia de Maluay perteneciente a la\nparroquia El Valle, que en las últimas décadas ha sufrido un proceso de consolidación acelerado y desordenado.	es_ES
dc.description.resumen	The restoration of the Heritage Chapel of the Parish of Maluay, arises from the initiative of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at\nthe Catholic University of Cuenca and the Autonomous Decentralized Government of El Valle to recover or technically intervene\nthis monument of great importance for the city, which in recent years has undergone a significant process of structural, cultural and\nsocial degradation.\nFor proper analysis, interpretation and design of a draft it has been made a detailed investigation and diagnosis of t h e c u r r e n t\nc h a r a c t e r i s t i c s o f t h e building and its surroundings, as well as documentation related to the building and this research.\nThe idea of intervention aims to restore and rehabilitate the place and put it as a representative urban landmark, preserving and\nprotecting their cultural heritage, but above all, to improve the qual i ty of i t s funct ion and meet the needs of the parish Maluay\nbelonging to the parish El Valle, which in recent decades has undergone an accelerated and disorderly consolidation process.	es_ES
