dc.description	Este trabajo de investigación tiene como punto de partida verificar los factores principales que influyen en el matrimonio igualitario, y; si su legalización es inadecuado en el marco jurídico Ecuatoriano, la búsqueda de información se realiza en base a la doctrina, artículos científicos, derecho comparado, y; un análisis detallado de la normativa nacional e internacional referentes al tema planteado, esta investigación se realizara utilizando la lógica y factores que ayudaran a determinar el objetivo principal de la investigación. Este trabajo tiene como finalidad buscar elementos que influyan en demostrar si el matrimonio igualitario es adecuado o no dentro de la legislación ecuatoriana, y ayudar a la sociedad en general a tener una idea clara de todas las consecuencias positivas y negativas del matrimonio igualitario.	es_ES
