Resumen
"This research work has as a starting point to verify the main factors that influence equal marriage, and; If its legalization is inadequate in the Ecuadorian legal frame, the finding information is based on doctrine, scientific articles, comparative law, and; a detailed analysis of the national and international regulations concerning the subject, this research will be carried out using the logic and factors that will help determine the main objective of the investigation. The purpose of this work is to look for elements that influence whether or not equal marriage is adequate within Ecuadorian legislation, and help society in general to have a clear idea of all the positive and negative consequences of equal marriage.

Este trabajo de investigación tiene como punto de partida verificar los factores principales que influyen en el matrimonio igualitario, y; si su legalización es inadecuado en el marco jurídico Ecuatoriano, la búsqueda de información se realiza en base a la doctrina, artículos científicos, derecho comparado, y; un análisis detallado de la normativa nacional e internacional referentes al tema planteado, esta investigación se realizara utilizando la lógica y factores que ayudaran a determinar el objetivo principal de la investigación. Este trabajo tiene como finalidad buscar elementos que influyan en demostrar si el matrimonio igualitario es adecuado o no dentro de la legislación ecuatoriana, y ayudar a la sociedad en general a tener una idea clara de todas las consecuencias positivas y negativas del matrimonio igualitario.
