“ACTUALIZACIÓN DE LAS COMPLICACIONES POSTQUIRÚRGICAS EN CIRUGÍA MÍNIMAMENTE INVASIVA EN GINECOLOGÍA. REVISIÓN BIBLIOGRÁFICA”

Resumen
Introduction: Over the years, new surgical techniques have been developed to reduce mortality and complications, which are related to the complexity of the surgery to be performed; for this circumstance, laparoscopic surgery was designed since it does not have a significant rate of complications it does not have the importance at the time of diagnosis and postoperative treatment. Objective: To analyze postoperative complications in minimally invasive surgery in gynecology through a bibliographic review. Methodology: A bibliographic review of scientific information published in the last five years was conducted. This research included scientific articles published in English and Spanish, degree works, clinical trials, and systematic and bibliographic reviews. Documents were selected from reliable sources related to the proposed topic. Results: Thirty- five scientific articles were reviewed from the following databases: Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar, Elsevier, SciELO, and PubMed; nine articles were excluded, one for having incomplete information, two repeated articles, and six articles that were published more than five years ago.

Introducción: A lo largo de los años se han desarrollado nuevas técnicas quirúrgicas con la finalidad de disminuir la mortalidad y el número de complicaciones; mismas que se encuentran relacionadas con la complejidad de la cirugía que se vaya a realizar, y gracias a esta necesidad se creó la cirugía laparoscópica que, al no tener un índice significativo de complicaciones, no se toma la importancia necesaria al momento de su diagnóstico y tratamiento postquirúrgico. Objetivo: Analizar las complicaciones postquirúrgicas en cirugía mínimamente invasiva en ginecología mediante una revisión bibliográfica. Metodología: Revisión bibliográfica de información científica que se hayan sido publicados en los últimos 5 años. En esta investigación se incluyeron artículos científicos publicados en inglés y español, trabajos de titulación, ensayos clínicos, revisiones sistemáticas y bibliográficas. Se seleccionaron documentos de fuentes de bases confiables que tengan relación con el tema propuesto. Resultados: Se revisaron un total de 35 artículos científicos de las bases de datos: Web Of Science, Scopus, Google Academico, Elsiever, Scielo, Pubmed; de los cuales se excluyeron 9 artículos, 1 por tener información incompleta, 2 articulos repetídos y 6 articulos que fueron publicados en un periodo mayor a 5 años de antiguedad.
