Resumen
In this research work, it is presented valuation elements of the vernacular buildings of the "Solano" Rural Parish belonging to the city of Déleg, buildings which have been affected by their devaluation carried out by authorities and the population in general. The heritage properties owned by this town are in a process of disappearance of all its historical, cultural and architectural components due to several reasons, but the most relevant is the little or no information at all that owners have about the heritage value of these constructions.
To confront these difficulties to which the built heritage is exposed, a conceptual theoretical framework has been developed in order to expose concepts related to vernacular architecture, its importance and consideration about heritage. This will allow the optimal development of this work to be able to define guidelines for the protection and conservation of the "Solano" Parish buildings, starting from an evaluation of the vernacular buildings.
Through the development of this document, the objective is to provide a solution to the problems of devaluation of cultural heritage in the city of Déleg, and it is intended that this research work as a guide to take action to ensure the protection and conservation of the patrimonial real estate in this city.
Through the development of this document, we seek to assess the vernacular heritage of “Solano” Parish through a methodology based on a calculation table known and used internationally and considering the criteria proposed by the Government of Chile for the valuation of heritage properties. Subsequently, and based on the valuation results of the patrimonial buildings, an ordinance is established to protect and preserve the vernacular buildings of the parish.

En este trabajo de investigación se presenta temas de valoración de las edificaciones vernáculas de la Parroquia Rural Solano perteneciente al Cantón Déleg, las mismas que se han visto afectadas por la desvalorización de sus autoridades y de la población en general. Los inmuebles patrimoniales que posee esta localidad se encuentran en un proceso de desaparición de todos sus componentes históricos – culturales, y arquitectónicos por varias causas, pero la más relevante es la poca o nada información que poseen sus propietarios acerca del valor patrimonial de estas construcciones.
Para afrontar estas dificultades a las que está expuesta el patrimonio edificado se ha desarrollado un marco teórico conceptual con el fin de exponer criterios relacionados a la arquitectura vernácula, su importancia y consideraciones acerca del patrimonio. Esto permitirá el desarrollo óptimo de este trabajo para poder definir pautas para la protección y conservación de los bienes inmuebles patrimoniales de la Parroquia Solano, partiendo de una valoración de las edificaciones vernáculas.
Mediante el desarrollo de este documento se busca valorar el patrimonio vernáculo de la Parroquia Solano a través de una metodología basada en una tabla de cálculos conocida y utilizada a nivel internacional y considerando los criterios propuestos por el Gobierno de Chile para la valoración de los inmuebles patrimoniales. Posteriormente y en base a los resultados de valoración de las edificaciones patrimoniales se establece una ordenanza que permita proteger y conservar las edificaciones vernáculas de la parroquia.
