Ítem Acceso Abierto Guía Metodológica del entrenamiento de agilidad en fútbol de niños de 9 a 10 años(Universidad Católica de Cuenca., 2023) Erazo Córdova, Jesús Ernesto; Toledo Moncayo, Cecilia; 0604005363; ., .Introduction: This study focuses on agility training in soccer for children aged 9-10. Soccer is a worldwide recognized sport known for its popularity among children, youth, and adults, it comprises teams of 11 players. Objective: To apply a methodological exercises guide for training agility in children. Methodology: Inductive-deductive and synthetic-analytical methods were employed. Instrument: The Ecuadorian National Sports Federation (FEDENADOR by its Spanish acronym) test includes the zigzag running test and the three-cone test to the right, as well as the application of the methodological guide. Design: An experimental research design with a field applicative scope and a mixed approach with a longitudinal cut. Population: Twenty boys and girls from the “JC Soccer Training Academy” in the Azuay province. Analysis and Results: The SPSS statistical system was used to evidence improvements by applying the respective tests at two time points: pre-test and post-test; and the methodological exercises guide for agility training in soccer was also implemented. Conclusion: The established research objectives were achieved, including developing and applying the training guide for agility in the “JC Soccer Academy.”
