In this work, the analysis of the execution processes of the company PROVIAL is approached using the methodology of Business Process Management (BPM). The production, sales, customer, finished product, and operational processes are studied; the Bizagi Modeler 4.0 software is used for modeling, optimizing, and proposing improvements in the company's processes. With the proposed optimization in the processes, bottlenecks are eliminated, resources are optimized, and efficient and effective management is achieved, generating an added value to PROVIAL.
