This article aims to analyze the effect on finances of the use of e-commerce strategies in commercial companies in the city of Cuenca, Ecuador, studying the case of a company in the city of Cuenca - Ecuador, that implements the tool, allowing the organization to market its products, generate economic revenues and, the same time, have a positive impact on the community of the city. The adoption of e-commerce strategies has been beneficial in one way or another for the company's sales, so the boom that continues to grow is favorable to increase its income, initially it may show profit or loss, but they are foundation years that will demonstrate the beneficial changes that this tool generates. Technology facilitates the catalogs of the companies and attracts the attention of the target market. In this regard, the company under study shows that sales increase by providing security, speed, and agility in the processes, so that customers demonstrate their acceptance and loyalty.
