Listening comprehension is considered one the abilities in English that help communicating with other not just understanding what the speaker is saying it is more than that. Listening involves knowledge of vocabulary, grammar and phonetics of the speaker. Also understand the context of the words and phrases of the language. This review focused on analyzing challenges faced by adolescents when it comes to listening comprehension in EFL classes. As result of this review the primary factor that can affect or influence in listening comprehension is the educator, because they have the responsibility of guiding students to develop and improve their abilities like reading, writing, sepaking, grammar and listening comprehension there are very important when it comes to learning english. Teacher should analyze the strategies that they implement depending of the age of the student and the challenges that they can faced in listening comprehension such as the lack of knowledege in vocabulary, grammar and the different accents of native and non-native speakers of different nationalities.
