dc.description	Las comunidades son reconocidos como territorios para ser intervenidos con planificación urbana, estos procesos son indispensables para controlar las formas de crecimiento de los asentamientos; de este enfoque, se ha concebido el tema del trabajo de titulación “Plan de Ordenamiento Urbano de la comunidad de Zhondeleg”. La justificación de este trabajo de titulación radica en la necesidad de contar con una herramienta técnica que regule el crecimiento disperso de la Comunidad de Zhondeleg. El Plan de Ordenamiento Urbano de esta comunidad, se basa en dos etapas: la primera que comprende el Diagnóstico, estudia la situación actual del territorio, se recopila información mediante la ejecución de encuestas a los moradores del sector, información proveniente del GAD Municipal de Chordeleg, IGM e INEC y en la segunda se plantea la propuesta que brinda soluciones a los principales problemas identi cados de las variables principales como son: usos y ocupación de suelo, infraestructura vial, y equipamientos, fundamentándose en tres escenarios de actuación el actual, tendencial y deseado que describe la situación del sistema territorial, para mejorar las condiciones actuales, tanto del poblado como de sus habitantes.	es_ES
dc.description.resumen	Communities are recognized as territories and function with urban planning, these processes are essential to control the growth of settlements; with this approach, the proposal theme of the degree work called “Urban planning scheme of the community of Zhondeleg”. The justi cation for this degree work lies in the need to have a technical tool to regulate the dispersed growth of the Community of Zhondeleg. The Plan of urban planning of this community, is based on two stages: the rst comprising the Diagnosis, examines the current situation of the territory, the information is collected through the implementation of surveys to the inhabitants of the sector, information from the municipal GAD of Chordeleg, IGM and INEC and second, the proposal that provides solutions to the main problems identifying major variables such as: uses and land activity, road infrastructure, and equipment, based on three scenarios on the current action, desired trend and describing the situation of the territorial system, to improve the current conditions, both in the town and its inhabitants.	es_ES
