| dc.description | El presente trabajo investigativo permite efectuar actividades contables de manera\neficiente y eficaz, puesto que garantizará el registro y Control de las actividades de\nmanera ágil y oportuna para ayudar en la toma de decisiones, logré como base\nfundamental el diagnóstico y la necesidad de elaborar un Manual de Contabilidad\npara el Centro Educativo “Mis Pequeños Tesoros” ubicado en el Cantón Morona en\nel Barrio Universitario.\nEl objetivo principal de este trabajo es crear un manual de contabilidad y algunos\nformatos, para el control interno y posterior, de la operación contable de la\nInstitución, debido a que hay dificultades para conocer la situación económica del\nCentro Educativo, ya que en este momento la Institución no está obligada a llevar la\ncontabilidad.\nEste tema está basado en principios y Leyes Ecuatorianas, las que permiten\nrealizar actividades económicas, conforme a las disposiciones legales, para\ngarantizar el proceso contable y financiero de la Entidad, pero si bien es cierto el\npropósito de la investigación es dejar elaborado el manual de contabilidad.\nLa metodología utilizada fue la recopilación de información a través de las entrevistas, que fueron dirigidos al Director, Administradora y Secretaria del Centro Educativo “Mis Pequeños Tesoros”. Derivado de los resultados obtenidos a través de la entrevista se estableció que el Centro Educativo no cuenta con un manual de contabilidad, que le permita llevar un registro ordenado de sus operaciones diarias, mensuales para realizar estados financieros, lo que implica una deficiente\nadministración de los recursos financieros, como también dificulta en la toma de\ndecisiones.\nPor lo expuesto anteriormente, se determina que es necesario desarrollar un\nmanual de contabilidad acorde a las necesidades de la Institución, para el registro de\nsus operaciones. Brindar un conjunto de procedimientos contables claros y\nconcretos que guíen sus actividades, y así conseguir que la Entidad maneje sus\noperaciones de manera efectiva y que la información transmitida sea real, confiable\ny oportuna, generando seguridad a las autoridades de dicha Institución.\nEn la presente investigación se realizará análisis y síntesis para conocer, explicar\ny obtener resultados. Las técnicas empleadas fueron: entrevistas, información por\ninternet, trabajo de campo y bibliográfica.\nCon la propuesta de elaborar un Diseño de un Manual de Contabilidad, se espera\nque el Centro Educativo “Mis Pequeños Tesoros”, cuente con información financiera,\nveraz y oportuna para la toma de decisiones y una buena administración de sus\nrecursos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | This research work allows for accounting activities efficiently and effectively, as it will\nensure the registration and control activities quick and timely manner to help in\ndecision-making, managed as a fundamental basis the diagnosis and the need to\ndevelop a Manual Accounting Education Center "My Little Treasures" located in\nCanton Morona in the University District.\nThe main objective of this work is to create an accounting manual and some formats,\ninternal control and subsequent accounting operation of the institution, because there\nare difficulties for the economic situation of the School, as at this time the institution\nis not required to keep accounts.\nThis theme is based on principles and Ecuadorian laws, which allow economic\nactivities, according to the laws, to ensure the financial accounting process and the\nBank, but although the purpose of the research is to let the manual developed\naccounting.\nThe methodology used was gathering information through interviews, which were\naddressed to the Director, Manager and Secretary of the School "My Little\nTreasures". Derived from the results obtained through the interview it was\nestablished that the Education Center does not have an accounting manual, that\npermits orderly records of their daily operations to perform monthly financial\nstatements, which implies poor management of the financial resources as well as\ndifficulties in the decision-making.\nFrom the foregoing, it is determined that it is necessary to develop an accounting\nmanual according to the needs of the institution, for recording operations. Provide a\nset of clear and specific accounting procedures to guide their activities, and thus\nmake the entity manages its operations effectively and that the information\ntransmitted is real, reliable and timely, promoting safety authorities that institution.\nIn the present investigation was performed for analysis and synthesis, explain and\nget results.
