dc.descriptionCon el paso del tiempo las personas interiorizan en su ser el valor e importancia de los bienes patrimoniales de la ciudad, y al ser parte del Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad, tanto ellas cuanto las autoridades han tomado asunto de ello; por tal motivo se han generado instancias, normativas para ampliar, conservar, consolidar, reconstruir, rehabilitar, restituir y restaurar el legado de la ciudad histórica. Bajo esta premisa se pretende realizar el estudio diagnóstico integral de la Casa de Servicios de la ucacue para conocer a detalle cada uno de sus elementos constitutivos, materialidad y sistemas constructivos. Se pretende que el mismo sirva para la identificación precisa de los problemas actuales del bien, lesiones patológicas y el grado de intervención requerido y permitido, conforme las prácticas intervencionistas internacionalmente avaladas, así como con la normativa local vigente. Finalmente, esta generación de conocimiento apunta hacia evidenciar la necesidad del documentar amplia y rigurosamente las entidades arquitectónicas patrimoniales, a fin de construir proyectos de intervención solventes desde el segmento teórico, práctico cuanto normativo y ético.es_ES
dc.description.resumenThrough the time people internalize in their being the value and importance of the patrimonial property of the city, and being part of the Cultural Heritage of Humanity, both of them as the authorities have taken issue of it; For this reason, normative instances have been generated to expand, conserve, consolidate, rebuild, rehabilitate, restore and renovate the legacy of the historic city. Under this premise, we intend to carry out the integral diagnostic study of the Services House of ucacue to know in detail each of its essential elements, materiality and constructive systems. It is intended that it serves for the accurate identification of current problems of the good, pathological lesions and the grade of intervention required and allowed, according to internationally endorsed interventionist practices, as well as with current local regulations. Finally, this generation of knowledge aims to highlight the need to document the architectural heritage and structures in order to construct solvent intervention projects from the theoretical, practical and normative and ethical segments.es_ES
