Prevalencia y factores asociados de embarazos en adolescentes en el Hospital básico de Jipijapa-Manabí mayo – octubre 2015

| dc.description | Se escribirán datos estadísticos acerca de la prevalencia de embarazos en adolescentes que acuden al área de gineco-obstetricia del Hospital Básico Jipijapa de la Provincia de Manabí en los meses de mayo a octubre del año en curso, de igual manera se analizarán los factores asociados en el incremento de la tasa de adolescentes embarazadas. El estudio se realizó en 52 adolescentes que previo asentimiento decidieron formar parte de la investigación, los datos se recolectaron a través de encuestas con preguntas objetivas y los resultados se procesaron con ayuda del sistema SPSS 22.00 versión evaluación.\nSegún los datos obtenidos; de las 52 pacientes adolescentes que acudieron, el 76.9% se encuentra cursando un embarazo y el 23.1% fueron madres durante su adolescencia. Si bien los factores asociados son múltiples se darán mayor importancia a aquellos que afecten a la adolescente de manera directa e influyan en la dilatación de la tasa de embarazos precoces.\nEn estudios realizados los porcentajes de fecundidad en adolescentes han decrecido en los últimos años, sin embargo aún existen países con porcentajes elevados de adolescentes gestantes, otro marcador importante es la falta de educación sexual dentro del núcleo familiar o la ignorancia sobre métodos anticonceptivos.\nSe comprueba que las adolescentes en estado de gravidez se ven afectadas de manera psicológica, académica, laboral y familiar por lo que se define al embarazo precoz como un problema de interés social, económico y psicológico. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | Statistics data will be written about the prevalence of pregnancies in teenagers that look for support in the area of obstetrics gynecology from the basic hospital Jipijapa from the province of Manabi in the months of May until October of the actual year. In the same way, some features will be analyzed in order to associate the rating increment of pregnant teenagers.\nThe study was presented to 52 teenagers who accepted to be part of the research, the information was collected through surveys with objective questions and the results were processed with the use of the system called SPSS 22.00 evaluation version.\nAccording to the obtained data; from the 52 young patients who come up, the 76,9% is pregnant and the 23,1% turned to be mothers during their adolescence. As it showed, the associated issues are multiple, and it will give more importance to the ones that affect to the adolescent in a direct way and influence on the dilatation of early pregnancy rate. In established studies, the fertilization percentages in teenagers have increased in the last years.\nHowever, there are some countries where still exist high percentages of gestate teenagers, another important fact is the lack of sexual education in the family or the lack of knowledge about contraceptive methods. It is verified that the adolescents who are in a pregnant state are affected in a psychological, academic, labor and familiar context, therefore, premature pregnancy is defined as a social, economic and psychological problem | es_ES |
