dc.descriptionActualmente la lucha por los derechos humanos cada vez toma más vigencia, en la presente investigación se determina el grado de cumplimiento de los derechos de las personas privadas de libertad en el Centro de Rehabilitación social ubicado en la ciudad de Macas y de esta manera se da a conocer la situación actual y los diferentes problemas que existen en el mencionado Centro. Para el trabajo de campo se tomó una muestra de 75 personas privadas de libertad y se aplicó una encuesta con preguntas relacionadas a este contexto. El Centro de Rehabilitación Social hace lo posible para garantizar estos derechos, sin embargo, no se está cumpliendo en su totalidad principalmente el derecho a la salud, el derecho a una buena alimentación y el derecho de ser informados al momento de ingresar en calidad de internos. Al finalizar la investigación se detectó problemas que están afectando a las personas privadas de libertad, los cuales deberían ser solucionados para mejorar la calidad de vida.es_ES
dc.description.resumenCurrently, the fight for human rights is becoming more and more important, in the present study the gradation of fulfillment of the rights of the people private of liberty in the Social Rehabilitation Center located in the city of Macas is determined and in this way is given to know the recent situation and the different problems that exist in the above-mentioned Center. For the fieldwork, a sample of 75 people private of their liberty was taken and a survey was applied with questions related to this context. The Social Rehabilitation Center does everything possible to guarantee these rights; however, it is not being fulfilled in its entirety, mainly healthy, a good diet, and the right to be informed at the time of entering as an internal. At the end of the research, problems were detected that are affecting people who are private of liberty, which should be solved to improve the quality of life.es_ES
