| es_ES |
dc.description.resumen | Precedent: The premature rupture of the membranes (RPM) is defined as a membrane sweep spontaneous continuity solution before the onset of labor. (1)\nIt varies between 1.6-21% of all pregnancies, depending on the populations studied. At a general level, on average it can say that 10% of pregnancies are affected by a picture of RPM. (2)\nObjetive: To determine the prevalence and risk factors associated with RPM in patients who come to the Naval Hospital in Guayaquil in the period May – October 2015.\nMaterials and methods: Is a quantitative study of descriptive type of cross-section through sampling non-probability row, where the sample was obtained using a universe of 100 patients who came to the consultation of the service of Gynecology at the “Naval Hospital” in Guayaquil. The instrument used was a previously validated form, after having signed the respective consent applied the interview structured by the survey, with the respective instructions, socio-demographic variables and study variables.\nResults: The study determined that 13% present premature rupture of membranes of 100 patients investigated. | es_ES |
