| dc.description | En el Ecuador existen una gran cantidad de empresas pequeñas y medianas denominas PYMES que apoyan a la generación de empleo, se caracterizan porque que tiene un número reducido de trabajadores y que registra ingresos moderados entre ellas tenemos a los negocios de comida rápida que son las empresas a las cuales se enfoca la presente investigación. Las Pymes al ser empresas pequeñas no poseen sistemas sofisticados para registros de pedidos, sin embargo con el avance de la tecnología es posible generar sistemas que mejoren estos procesos sin incurrir en grandes gastos.\nLa propuesta que se plantea en este trabajo es el desarrollo de una aplicación móvil, programada en java utilizando herramientas de desarrollo libres, Específicamente la investigación y desarrollo del presente trabajo se enfoca en un negocio de comida rápida denominado Rock N Burguer.\nSe analizan los requerimientos tanto del lado de los clientes como de los administradores del negocio y en base a eso se construye la aplicación que principalmente está orientada a que los clientes realicen sus pedidos desde sus Smartphone, para ello deberían bajarse la aplicación misma que estará disponible en la tienda Play Store, una vez con la aplicación se registran y están listo para hacer los pedidos. Por parte del negocio recolecta los pedidos, preparan las órdenes y nada más confirmara con una llamada el pedido.\nTodos los procesos desde el levantamiento de la información hasta la puesta en marcha de la aplicación se detallan en los capítulos que contiene este documento. | es_ES |

The PYMES to the being small companies do not possess sophisticated systems for records of orders; nevertheless with the advance of the technology it is possible to generate systems that improve these processes without incurring big expenses.\nThe offer that appears in this work is the development of a mobile application, programmed in java using free tools of development, specifically the research and development of the present work focuses in a business of snack food named Rock N Burguer.\nThe requirements analyze so much of the side of the clients as of the administrators of the business and on the basis of it there is constructed the application that principally is orientated to that the clients realize his orders from his Smartphone, for it they should lower the application itself that will be available in the shop Play Store, once with the application they register and are ready to do the orders.
