| dc.description | La presente investigación tiene como finalidad realizar un análisis a la gestión financiera\ndel Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado (GAD) parroquial de Río Blanco:\nEl capítulo I, lo conforma el planteamiento del problema, el análisis crítico que se refiere\na las causas y efectos del problema a investigar, asimismo se determina el objetivo general\ny objetivos específicos de la investigación, y finalmente se puntualiza la justificación de la\ninvestigación el cual se refiere al motivo del por qué se desarrolla el problema de\ninvestigación.\nEl capítulo II, es el compendio de toda la indagación; y se refiere a antecedentes\ninvestigativos, fundamentación filosófica, fundamentación legal la cual se apoya en leyes,\nreglamentos, además se conceptualiza sobre los vocablos básicos empleados en la\ninvestigación, y por último se da a conocer la pregunta de investigación que se quiere probar\ncon sus respectivas variables.\nEl capítulo III, sujeta la metodología que se emplea para la realización de la\ninvestigación, detallando la modalidad básica de la misma, los tipos o niveles investigativos,\nmétodos donde se demuestra la forma de procesamiento de datos donde se define la\npoblación, muestra con la que se trabajara en la investigación, así como también se\npresenta la operacionalización de las variables y también se establece las técnicas en\ninstrumentos que se utilizaron en la recolección de la información, procesamiento y análisis\nde la misma.\nEl capítulo IV, aquí se detalla el análisis e interpretación de las preguntas en la\nentrevista que se aplicó al presidente y secretaria-tesorera de la GAD parroquial, obteniendo\nasí resultados positivos o negativos. También se realizan la aplicación de los indicadores\nfinancieros en base a los estados financieros y cédulas presupuestarias.\nEl capítulo V, en este capítulo se presenta las conclusiones y recomendaciones\nprovenientes de la entrevista y los indicadores financieros aplicados al GAD parroquial de\nRío Blanco.\nEl capítulo VI, consta de la propuesta sobre el problema de investigación para dar una\nsolución, así como también se define los objetivos para que de esta forma se puedan\nsolucionar las debilidades detectadas en la GAD parroquial. | es_ES |
| dc.description.resumen | The purpose of this research is an analysis of the financial management of the Autonomous\ndecentralized (GAD) Río Blanco Parish, Morona town, Morona Santiago province.\nChapter I, It forms the approach to the problem, critical analysis concerning the causes\nand effects of the research problem also determine the general and specific objectives of the\nresearch, and finally points out the rationale for the research which refers to the reason of\nwhy it develops the research problem.\nChapter II, is the epitome of the whole inquiry, and refers to research history,\nphilosophical foundations, legal reasoning which is based on laws, regulations, and is\nconceptualized on the basic terms used in the investigation, and finally gives to know the\nresearch question to be tested with their respective variables.\nChapter III, holds the methodology employed to carry out the investigation, detailing the\nbasic mode thereof, the types or levels research, methods which shows how data processing\nwhich defines the population sample with who work in research, as well as presents the\noperationalization of the variables and also provides the technical tools used in data\ncollection, processing and analysis of it.\nChapter IV, here is a detailed analysis and interpretation of the questions in the interview\nthat was applied to the president and secretary-treasurer of the parish GAD, obtaining\npositive or negative results. Also carried the implementation of financial indicators based on\nthe financial statements and schedules budget.\nChapter V, this chapter presents the conclusions and recommendations from the\nInterview and financial indicators applied to GAD parish of Río Blanco.\nChapter VI, consists of the proposal on the research problem to give a solution, and also\ndefines the objectives for which thus can address the weaknesses identified in the parish\nGAD.\nA continuación, con el fin de tener un mejor entendimiento del análisis financiero y su\nincidencia en la correcta toma de decisiones, se describe en contenido proyecto de\ninvestigación. | es_ES |
